The next focusIR Investor Webinar takes places on 14th May with guest speakers from WS Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund. Please register here.
I joined via a link sent by the group - I will see if one can be made available by the powers that be.
That`s fair enough - I am sure a lot of other PI`s would join us in blocking anything not in our interests. Appropriate dilution at the right time and price is different from mass dilution at a low price - that`s what the Rambler Investment Group are trying to prevent.

Hi Strummer,
Just to make you aware there are several far more knowledgeable and more directly involved with organising and communicating with the board than myself. Most on Discord share your views that they let this **** show happen through bad decision making and lack of financial control - whether deliberate or not who knows. Would you consider joining Discord as your number of shares would further increase the percentage that the Rambler Investor Group own (if it is not too late to join - I can find out for you)and you can have fun going through the many postings by the Group. We have about 50 or is it 60 members who all submitted representations to the BOD that we would mount a legal challenge as a Group if they took certain courses of action - they told us that the size of the group took them by surprise. Please consider it ASAP.
With regards to Moon I do not tolerate fools and I have never understood why people bother with him - put in a green box where he belongs and leave him talk to himself - which he probably does anyway!
Can I get this clear. What you are saying is that the future fate of the Company is now in the hands of a dyslexic duplicitous lunatic! How can one person influence all this? There are many things needed to turn this Company around I agree and I agree with your assessment of the BOD performance to date. We look to have achieved the first and very important task and that is to be able to carry on trading after the default. No one can know how how this will pan out in the future due to Ukraine war, China lockdowns, copper price etc. I am part of the Discord Rambler Investment Group and we have made it clear to the BOD that we will scrutinise every move they make and that mass dilution is not an option - we believe they are taking note. If PI`s lose everything so will everyone else - Brad Mills/Newgen/Hancon and every other shareholder. If Moon has a load of money to invest there has to be the shares available for him to buy which hopefully there wont be as many as he wants as I believe they will not lift the suspension until things have improved significantly and hopefully some investor faith has been restored
A lot of ifs and buts but lets take it one step at a time and keep a close on on what the BOD are doing and work together in continually scrutinising them.
Smart Punter et all why dont` you give it a fu@@ing rest!!!!!!!!!!!! Newgen are a lending company not miners. They are secure creditor who cannot take control just like that - if it goes into administration which will no doubt make you happy they are a secure creditor first in line for eventual payment whenever that may be. If Rambler are able to pay their way apart from the legacy payments due I would hope that old creditors would be more than happy to agree a payment schedule to clear and Newgen may be willing to renegotiate a revised loan structure with added incentives for themselves as they may have to wait a while if they try to force the company to go under. I am not saying this will happen but the constant willing of things to end the Company`s existence is more than tiresome - no one knows what the outcome will be!
They have pulled out of the November 24th Event
Very helpful and informative - I will have to listen to that music as I am not an expert like yourself.
No one knows what the final outcome will be for Rambler - there are several permutations, some good some bad. Anything we shareholders say regarding dilution or loan is pure speculation. Lets all try and pull together for the next few weeks and support each other during this difficult time.
Whilst desireable to install an ore sorter to reduce costs I do not see this as priority in the short term. I remember Cornish saying that an ore sorter comes into its own when trying to sort low grade ore but not with high grade ore. We should focus on mining as much high grade ore as possible to maximise revenues and mitigate the lack of an ore sorter in the short term.
Given that we have 85000 retail investors and we need to raise circa £410m would the terms of the agreement allow each investor to loan the Company £5 each? Please do not ridicule if it is a stupid idea just desperate!
