The information is sinking in ... rise in SP
"Market makers are allowed to make naked shorts - an exemption from the rules" - DL interview with DH.
This probably explains some, I repeat, some, of the downward pressure on the SP.
I can't believe it ! But it happens .....
Growth financing
The expansion of a large mid-cap company usually is a costly endeavour, which requires additional equity investments. Novum Capital provides established companies with the capital required for the growth course.
To raise capital from a major ?
My resposne to phill360 ... another 45m shaes traded since you said volume was tailing off.
Some days we don't even get 20m traded the whole day.
The extra 45m shares traded since you said volume was tailing off repersent 25% of the shares traded at that point.
Buddy, go back to the text books
Read my previous messages on how the MM's are going to manipulate the SP and how this is going to play out.
You will see that they dropped the SP to breach 2.35p in order to stop-out some players, and accumulate shares.
Once the SP reached 2.31p it started to climb again and reached 2.38p by the time I posted this message.
Starbright, your logic is wrong. I did not specify a price at which the BUY orders were lining up. You assumed that the BUY orders were at the prevailing price or very close to it. It's common sense to realise tha the BUY orders were well below the currently trading SP at the time, as those placing the BUY orders are attempting to get bargain prices. So, in order to get to the point (of the SP) where the buy orders were, the MM's would have to drop the SP in order to get the trades made !
"He who has the gold makes the rules"
The MM's control the market and can manipulate the SP in any way they choose.
MM's are going to bust your stop losses at 2.35p - I said it earlier. I dont' like to see this happen, but this is what they are doing. Once 2.35p is breached we will see the SP recover to 2.45p to accommodate all the BUY orders lined up.
360phil, keep refreshing the link and see that BUY orders are the order of the day.
To get your shares. They need product to sell to the BUY orders that are lined up ... see L2 please.
360phil, voulme is not tailing off .... you only have to see thhe trades going through that there are tons of BUY order s going through

They need to fill all the buy orders queuing up, so they're going to drop the SP quickly to hoover up loadsa shares.
Remove your stop losses.
Please ,, or else they'll grab your sharez !
So beware - they will probably stop-loss you out around 2.35p today.
Prior to the RNS today, the baseline SP was 2.18p.
After the RNS, the baseline SP is 2.38p.
This is a baseline support of almost 10%, based on the news.
Keep the newsflow coming ! Bring it on !
