I stand corrected! Never thought the SP would tank this far.

What a shocker. My single biggest daily portfolio drop in 25 years of investing! Ouch!

I think the RNS does state that our retail offer will be at 3p.

First paragraph calls the 3p placing price “The Issue Price”.

2nd paragraph states that retail investors will be able to take part in buying up to £1m of shares at “The Issue Price”.

I’ll be amazed if it’s higher than 3p.

Did you read the RNS and these threads?

It’s an Accelerated Bookbuild. They get announced after market close and are completed before market open the following day.

That's mega bullish. They know they're going to easily 10X their money from 3p, and more.

I wanted to point out the the doom mongers that this RNS is an "Accelerated Bookbuild" and will be complete before the market opens tomorrow morning. At 3 pence, I'm certain they'll have completed the £3m cash raise by 7am tomorrow. At 4p or 5p the raise may have floundered which would have been a disaster for an ABBuild.

So we should expect a 7am RNS saying that Quadrise is now fully funded through to June 2026!

Those expecting the share price to drop to 3 pence in the morning, might find that in fact it goes up.

The extra £1m raise for us retail investors, is a great big thank you for our patience and support.

I think it's a great move by the QED team. The only thing that's been holding our share price back is this fear of an imminent cash raise....well now it's done, so we're finally free to shoot for the stars.

I’ll 2nd the applause for your post PR. If only a few insti investors could see it all unfolding sooner rather than later, that’d be marvellous.

Today’s price action is a little disappointing so far, given the magnitude of this news. Being our first real commercial revenue deal, you’d think the SP would have shot past the recent high of 8p.

As has been said, the USA is still sleeping, and our SP does often take a day or two to react to good news.

There are also still funding concerns which is likely to be the main reason for the steady share price.

We’ve all been so patient for so many years, 14 in my case, so a few more months or quarters is fine with me. It’s exciting and excellent to finally be seeing all the ducks line up in a wonderful row.

They also mentions the fact they’ve had to sign NDA agreements with MsC and Cargill, so they may well be quite far along the road of a supply agreement, but just can’t tell us.

In the 11 years I’ve been a QFI holder, I’ve never felt so bullish.

It’s going to be a fun 12-18 months, that’s for sure!

I was wondering whether yesterday's RNS was just that, a cover so that "friends and family" could all buy in without raising any suspicion.

It’s another small step for Msar, a giant leap for Quadrise.

BE were actually incorporated in April and have already done a successful similar deal with Mawson mining - MIGI.

Barking, no mine was a 1m buy but it got split up into a load of smaller trades at 1.75p and 1.8p.

HL will always show buys and sells as one chunk, but other brokers split them up and show them all individually

I’ve had the same problem with frozen ticker on here and on interactive Brokers all day. The London stock exchange page seems to be okay.

In hindsight, possibly not the best day to make some big buys.

Actually my 2nd 500,000 filled at 1.75p. Happy days!

Now back to waiting for the next elusive RNS.

I’ve been trying to get orders filled all day with little luck.

Decided to pay more about 15 minutes ago, and upped my limit to 1.8p and they all filled right away.

Thats probably what ticked the SP up.

Something’s going on. A leak maybe?

17% up in a day can’t be a coincidence!

I’m guessing there’ll be a nice juicy RNS in the morning.

Good to see a new timetable of expected dates for the projects to commence or conclude.

My heart skipped a beat when I got to the "Going Concern" section, but I checked back to last years results on 2/9/2023 and it was the same then, saying....."The Directors have a reasonable expectation that such funds will be raised"..... and they were, so there's every expectation that in 2025, if the projects are all on track, and more funds are needed, they will get approved and raised again.
