Halves not halfs

A bed and isa is a transfer done on the open market and both half’s of the transaction are shown as sells, presumably because in a b&i the buy and sell prices are specially arranged so the person doing it doesn’t lose out.

So my worry is that the big sells are matched pairs and that this is indeed a transfer from one account to another. Where does that leave us?

James, yes, that’s pretty much the same here, but at least I got my average down a bit more today, as well as buying some more £1s at 10p.

Have there been any Lithium fires associated with formula-e? I know there have been some amongst e-motor cycles. A shed-load went up in flames a year or so ago when one caught fire I believe.

If LTHs keep topping up like this we’ll soon own all of it!

I have recently discovered that a small lithium ion BESS installation was approved and commissioned in my neighbourhood in 2016. This was before I took an interest in either BMN of the dangers of Lithium ion. I have this week alerted the local council chapter and verse to the time bomb sitting in a farm building somewhere in the Lincolnshire countryside.

There’s a historical discussion about GS here. There are a few companies called Golden Summit and I’m not sure that back then we were all talking about the same one.

Sammy, I’m glad that I am not the only one who feels the same as you. It is no coincidence that the update to the shareholder list was updated (still dated as of the end on July) at the same time the TR1 was released. It looks to me that the Company has been complicate in covering up the fact that GS has been selling down. Ordinarily the update to the shareholder register would have been done on time, correctly dated so everyone would have known about GSs position a week or two earlier.

So what is behind all this? Maybe it was in all the shareholders interest to do this. Maybe we shall never know but it might be fun to speculate.

I was correct when I said yesterday that if the large sells that we have seen throughout September are GS then it would be a matter of days before we saw a TR1. and here we are.

So the question is will they continue with the sell-off until they are out? That could take a couple of months at the rate they have been selling.

Some very large sells again today. GS or maybe someone else? Whatever, these seem to me to be the reason why we are stuck in this range at the moment, not the naked short theory, but the moment will pass and we will see a re-rate.

It would be nice if TAM said who they are getting their electrolyte from wouldn’t it?

JD, we have also seen some 500k buys too. We won’t get to know the full picture but at least we can be sure that the 500k sells are in fact genuine and that they most probably belong to GS. For me this shows there may be light at the end of the tunnel, but how long is the tunnel?

Worrying thing is the question “just how many more are they going to sell?” Is there any way this is tied up with JSE or Duferco?
