With Monchegorsk they may as well be the same company due to Norilsk's position there and current upgrading expenditure. There is only one place that will be used for the metals and that is Norilk's.

Tbh, since the inclusion on that index the SP has been manipulated like mad, it used to flow freely with every positive RNS prior to getting listed on there. It could be good for getting us back up in to the 20's, without the clear index manipulation the SP should once again flow freely on a good positive RNS.

With it comes the made up fantasies as well, they create something in their head and then believe that it has taken place. Certainly interesting Lenoman, i often find in these situations that people like her are very often projecting, they place what they do themselves upon others. They wish for the other person to take blame and responsibility for their actions, it's one of the more bizarre psychological phenomena, but, unfortunately, you do see it appear very often and it is rather toxic.

Trading arms LB. There's even a possible situation of where they sell a license to the buyer for extraction of whatever metal they're after, then, retain the rights to other metals for themselves. PGM's etc.

It's extraction licenses which are theorectically for sale here, Eurasia own the main ones from the Russian gov which cover the extraction of all target metals in the area. They should be able to carve those up, sell rights on and use other rights for themselves in theory.
