You're welcome Arsenalles. Yes you'll get to vote on the recommended offer, just the same as everyone else. I don't believe that there is a time stipulation, just as long as you own the shares before the announcement is made, then you should be able to vote just the same.

I'm unsure of what you're asking Arsenalles. Are you asking if your small holding is just as applicable to others, as we go through the M&A process?.

If that is what you're asking, then yes, each share is just as applicable as we got through this M&A process. Come crunch time, you will get to vote just the same as all others.

He has been accurate on eurasia since Oct, and no one here will argue with 70p. A lot of valuations to date arrive around that level.
I like the article he has wrote tbh, especially the bit about shorts being wrecked.

I am of the opinion that a long term chart done now, will be fairly irrelevant though gecko, because we're approaching 7 weeks passed since the FSP was announced. So for us, everything is going to happen in the short term.
But, it will still be interesting to see nonetheless imho.

He has been bullish on EUA since the bank RNS gecko. I'm fully aware of his known changes of stance, but his chart work for EUA has been reasonably accurate to date.

As i say, he stated 18p, it landed, and he has recently done a couple of newer ones. We'll just have to wait and see exactly what happens.

His charts for EUA have been reasonably accurate to date if i'm honest. He had charted 18p for example just before suspension, and we all saw it sit around that level recently. Latest ones, one suggested a move to around the 25p area in comings weeks from when he posted it, and the latest i saw suggested a move towards 30p over a period.

18p we can give him a tick for i would say, and we'll see what happens with his latest work shortly. MT flanks land, forget any current charting figures mentioned.

I agree Rowka, there are holes with it all, everyone is just trying to fill the holes the best they can. In all honesty, i can guarantee that by the end of all of this, we have all learned something from one another.

I don't really care if anyone gets grouchy, in my eyes, there is no reason to be now, there are no false stories circulating. It was only every the false stories and attacks that people had any justification in perhaps, as you say, being grouchy. Everything on here since they got burnt, has just all been attempts to have normal debate and conversation. All of which has helped pass the time nicely.

To production or sale was always my plan, i've not top sliced a single share, they are all here for the swansong.

Every day is a day closer, and because of Raharh, we all have a good idea of where we could currently be in all of this -

"mac - i agree in part with you. Having been involved in a four way sale of a company (to private equity - not public listed) that sold for just over £1bn we had a formal 12 week process that was run by the M&A bank. The fireside chats were happening long before that (3 months or so) lining up PE houses, so they came warm to the table.

The process basically ran as a two week entry process (we had 9 involved) with NDAs and access to data room before initial offers were put in. Anyone below 900m were rejected and we went down to 5. Then we had full day presentations from the BoD to the PE houses that were scheduled in the same week (5 days of my life I will never get back) - one dropped out and did not attend.

From week 5 onwards it was DD and loads of questions.

Closing offers were due by week 10, however one of the PE houses broke rank in week 8 and put a number on the table that the BoD and the current PE house were happy with and the process was abruptly ended much to the dismay of some of the other bidders - but the new PE house got in there with an offer that was above the target sale and sufficient enough to do the deal.

I have a twelve week window in my mind from 1st July but now we are in week 6 onwards, for me we are in the heat of the battle now if there are multiple bidders.

All I am saying is that if someone really wants it and does not want the bidding war an offer could land that sets them apart and basically shuts the process down - which is why it could happen at any time."

You could very well be correct djm1. They put the 40Moz figure into the FSP RNS. Whatever goes into RNS, it goes in there for a reason.
In effect, with MT, they're just selling their holding of the company that has all the exclusivity rights etc to another company.
Same for WK, it's just their shares of the company that holds all the licenses and rights there.

Not entirely sure exactly what's going on, or what has went on djm1. No one knows exactly what exploration they did there in Anglo JV days, they only seem to have released bits of info from it in RNS. Every bit of exploration adds on and gives the most accurate picture at the time it is done.

The new production target and mine life is there in RNS for all to see however, and the mine life cycle, is just that, the steps through the entire process.
To date, for MT, we have had 2 mine plans, both the new resource figure has increased several fold, and also the new target production figure since the first mine plan was mentioned.

We're all not in the BODs shoes, they will know a hell of a lot more than we do, but they do seem very confident with dropping that new mine life and production target into RNS.

If AP has been sub-contracted on to help with that, or they are doing something else, still remains a mystery due to the secrecy with it all.
