DLA Piper were brought in a while ago guitarman, brought in to possibly have the deal done by week 16. UBS are on a success fee basis, that means they have resources tied up to our FSP until it concludes, therefore, they set a time window for everything to be completed, knowing when the will collect their fee and be able to move their resources onto the next M&A/ FSP. Citic Merchant have been around since last Oct, although the engagement letter with them was not signed until this year. They are also on a success fee basis with resources tied up to this.

A time frame will have been set, businesses have to be able to plan ahead.

Bot flies have been busy because they know a cut off time will have been set, it logically follows that 16 weeks could well that cut off time. DLA Piper being brought on board does also point to a possible 16 week scenario. We will all see soon enough.

This coming wednesday will see 16 weeks passed in the FSP. This week really could be action week, it won't go on forever.

Also, Oct 24th will see one full year since the original bank RNS.
