The odd thing, is that i keep arriving back at the 'China vs Russia' scenario, but, the entire world needs what Eurasia has right now, not just China and Russia. Realistically, there are quite a few consortium/conglomerate type sides who could come in with big financial power to secure what they need going forward.

They have to have at least had a good crack at securing MT. They almost know what's there as well as Eurasia does tbh. China wants to maintain REE dominance, so there's a very good competitor, but, this is Russia's chance to secure a larger portion of the PGM global market share, while South Africa limps along.
From the start, right up until now, all i've been able to think about is a tough bidding war between Chinses and Russian entities.

It's going to be very interesting to see exactly who secures what Eurasia has.

It's what makes things very interesting, even a PFS done on the NKT area of the flanks is a pretty huge addition to knowing what's there and if it's economic to extract.

Raharh was involved with one that was set at 12 weeks. One assumes that they use 4 week blocks, so if 12 weeks isn't enough in their eyes, 16 should hopefully be enough.
How long do you attach to DLA Piper to do the legal paperwork?. I think 4 weeks is a reasonable time frame for the very best in the business to do what they're renowned at doing, so that also points to the 16 week time area imho.
