It has looked primed for quite some time now to be fair. It was once a fairly predictable affair, what the SP would do on the landing of certain news etc. That has changed a bit, but, the pressure has been building for a while, so if she blows it could be a big one.

Most are underestimating the implications of the prevailing revolution. Dynamics of requiring sources of the needed commodities are not to be underestimated, there are only certain areas which have what is required in abundance, Eurasia have one of those areas.

Most of you moaning mary's are guys who came for a quick buck, it's obvious. As soon as something doesn't 100% got your way, the moaning starts. I've been here since 2016, from Oct 19 until now has been the easy part of the waiting game tbh, the part where you pretty much knew exactly what was going to happen, the only thing you couldn't accurately predict was the timeline, and the deal specifics, the rest has fallen into place fairly predictably.

I play the long game with all my shares, it has served me very well, my stocks and shares ISA would be the envy of many, no doubt. I'm comfortable with waiting, because i did thorough research, not only before initially getting in, but, throughout the entire process to date, it's just what you have to do to get ahead of the AIM game.

It's coming, just a little more patience is required, that's all.

We have been approaching the finishing line since July, please do explain how we have not lol. The final furlong just had a few more little hurdles than initially anticipated. The fact is, offers are on the table and West Kytlym DFS is done, that's really all that matters. Late comers got a longer window to accumulate a holding, i bet quite a few of them are actually thankful. Not everybody had the luxury of building holdings in 0.2 days, not many people were around then, so late comers should appreciate the extra time they've had to build a holding before this concludes tbh, i know i would if i were in their shoes.

We're certainly approaching the finish line gary, everything is going well tbh. Considering this has all been done in the middle of a global pandemic, you have to take your hat off to them.

After tomorrow. It could slowly increase over a couple of weeks, or, until the big ones lands, you never really know. But, every main RNS like today is progress.

Do you thing their interest has got stronger with metal prices like copper, nickel, rhodium, palladium gaining and holding strength?, Of course it has, it would be foolish to allow VT to slip away if they think that they can do something with it, i'm fully expecting some form of life after the deals that materialise within the current FSP, they've hinted towards that happening.

Or not in full really, but, their controlling stakes, as that's what they in effect have, controlling stakes of subsidiaries. 80% of MT and 68% of WK.

They could sell the subsidiaries in full EE, and still head back to Volchetundra via a new subsidiary. MT and WK could go to completely separate companies, there are many possible options, we've been told there are various options on the table via the FSP update RNS.

Something tells me however, that Norilsk Nickel want to be fully in control of that situation, in control of the entire progress of the area, therefore, in control of a lot of metal prices during this green energy revolution. What's the price for that control, it's a mind boggling situation tbh, but, we're not far from finding out the exact details of any deal structured.

The mining license option could be the maximum value option, as they could structure a royalty payment into all metals mined via the license. The area as a whole, is far too large for just one company, we're talking multiple companies required to mine and progress the whole area to production. That's why a staged approach could in fact work out the best option, by 2030 Eurasia could have had multiple large license payouts and have royalty payment structures in place for the entire life of all mining areas. Just saying.

Even recent RNS tells everyone that there are various options on the table -

"Since launching the Formal Sale Process on 1 July 2020, Eurasia and its advisers have engaged with a wide range of parties, and have to date received non-binding offers in respect of both a possible acquisition of the Company as well as other transaction structures."

See it there, as well as other transaction structures. Those offers could be a whole host of things which differ considerably from a complete company sale. E.g Selling a mining license to utilise the mining rights on the areas they have mining rights to, develop the next area to mining rights stage and do the same.

I'm not saying it will happen, but, the possibility is very much there.

Lets look at what has actually been dropped in previous RNS again, shall we -

The Company's database of proprietary information including 12,000m of drilling will be compiled in due course to reassess the projects future potential development. If the Company did want to explore this project again, it would have to re-apply for the relevant licences and there can be no guarantee that they will be granted."

They don't have to mine it themselves, they hold the keys, they can sell the mining rights, or should i say a license to use those mining rights, develop the next area and do the same, over and over again. Remember, maximise shareholder value is what they're after.

I don't think that there will be a complete exit, the stage for PGM's and the other metals is far too strong to completely bail now. Mentioning Volchetundra in RNS for example, points to them carrying on after all of this. WK is a strong asset now, easily scaled up from this point, plenty money in the bank to do just that. Then look at what NN have just done with blockchain, it would be wrong for Eurasia to fully leave the arena at this stage imho, it would have to be a completely off the scale offer for them to consider it in the present environment. They have the first mover advantage at Monchetundra, the area which can be applied for and developed from the current position is absolutely colossal, resource wise.

In theory it should continue for some time, the charts were also signalling a reversal so hopefully it continues for a good few days, finds a new high and settles into a new trading range before the big one lands. We're almost there now, all who have held have done well.
