7 months of FSP will have passed. UBS, Citic & Dla Piper are all still here, 2 of which are on a success fee basis. It's a pretty much certainty at this stage, that something will materialise, if it wasn't, UBS would have pulled the plug, they don't spend the time and resources on things that don't happen.

But to create that same buy as a standard trade, guess what, yes, that's right, you need sellers to fill the BUY. So either way, no matter how it could be done, sellers were required to complete the trade. He's got options for 40 million shares, if this goes for around a quid a pop he's absolutely loaded, even with parting with a piece of his pie quite late on.
