You also have to consider where their mechanics have a workshop for vehicle maintenance, they're grafting in the middle of nowhere so will have a workshop for wagon fixes etc. Possibly even a couple of stand by vehicles which come in to play if others go down, that again could well be the area for all of that. Those blue areas do also mark up as something with the infrared and geology filters, so something has definitely appeared there this week that's for certain.

Not sure Travis, it is a developed area of sorts, not entirely sure what it is. It could be the potential base/near site office and accommodation area, further processing and concentrate storage area etc. It's a lot closer to the main road route which heads away South to where the final processing and smelting takes place. The road has just cleared this week, so it could make sense that the wagon fleet has indeed headed there ready to start the season. They may well have increased the fleet again and be running 2 areas simultaneously with 2 wash plants on the go.
It's all very interesting when you get such a clear shot this close to warmer temps happening.

Their facility is a few hundred KMs South of WK you see CAW. We process it into a black sand concentrate, then it heads away to those people.

116km2 with an app for another 50km2 CAW, the area is larger than people realise. The old Anglo JV area was 251km2. Remember, they have to ship the product to a smelter from where they're at. Holding facilities etc are required at other locations close to main transport links in order to do such things. It could be a further processing, refining and holding area area tbh. The timing of the road clearing marries up to the season being about to start doesn't it.

Basically Aviz, follow the sentinel satellite link and you will see a cleared road in the snow. Skip back on the date tab to the 2nd and you will see that it has only just been cleared as it is snow covered on the 2nd, it has been cleared this week.

If you want to see the site that the cleared road leads to, then copy and paste the whole google link i posted in the initial post into google search and it will take you straight there.

The site is best viewed via the google info i dropped, the road clearing is best viewed via the sentinel link as it seems to update every couple of days so gives the most recent state of play there. I hope that helps, i have all pages open so just bounce between them all for ease.

Between April 2nd and today that road has been cleared back to that site which is better visible via the google satellite feed. That ok for you Avizandum?

It's about 10km from the second pit area to the site as the crow flies, slightly zoom out on sentinel and you can see the smalls tracks which loop around south of the Kosvinsky Kamen mountain and link the 2 areas. Currently still snow covered and some quite faint but are definitely visible.

That next flanks app adds another 50km2 approx, these are not small land chunks. It does make it quite difficult to try and pin point exactly what lands where, but 166km2 when that next flanks app lands is one hell of an area to hold, and it can in theory be expanded all the way back to the previously held 251km2 Anglo JV area. It's just something to consider as we watch what is currently being done in the area via satellite.

Something to consider, is the mining licence area is for the first 21.5km2 currently. That Large pit isn't even 1km2 at the moment, when anyone is viewing the satellite feed it needs to be taken into consideration as the mini map on the EUA site isn't very accurate imho. It may give the shape of each area, main, flanks and Tipil, but i don't think the scale marries up to the diagram given on there tbh. If you marry the scale to the diagram for Tipil for example it equates to a approx 4.5km by 2km area using the scale, that doesn't work out to be the quoted 24km2. The flanks i'm sure was a approx quoted 70km2 area, total of everything together hitting 116km2 -

It's a far bigger area than that EUA site diagram would have you believe.

The main pit is rapidly heading towards half a km in length for the main body area Travis, about 400m in length currently.

I agree that they're targeting a Rhodium area with that large Kluchiki pit, there are a few in the Kosvinsky block, just the Butyrin vein is the most easily found when searching for such things and highlights the positive Rhodium anomalies in that rock type in the block.

It takes all the second guessing out of things tbh, when you have a clear satellite visual on the pits being developed. It's great to see the starting point that they've managed to arrive at ready for this season, that digger bloke(s) has been working really hard to get things to the size they are.

The few days with lower positive temps running up until the 14th could probably be used to test the processing plant. Make sure it's all running smoothly and all maintenance is up to date before the full scale processing begins around the 14th onwards. Just my opinion on what we can see with that current forecast and what is known to need to be done prior to going hammer and tong with the PGM money making asset.

Definitely looks to be a new pit starting 1000m to the right of the larger pit, picked up as 2 small areas initially a while ago, you can see the area there progressing well in the new sat pic tbh. All that ore ready for processing.
