Evening CAW, i'm the same now, fully loaded and just waiting on the good news landing. After an initial MT disposal the are a few options tbh, i just favour the part production part sales of the JV assets moving forward. Only the BOD truly know what their plan is, but, all roads lead to substantial value for all shareholders, that's the main thing in all of this. Shareholders win and the green boxes lose lol.

I'm surprised that gmf78 hasn't done one for the Monchetundra asset disposal since the full company sale is off the cards. That's what he's usually very good at, although the ACF one is already done to be fair and is good to work from.

"Mac - does that mean you guesstimate a September sales rns?" - I honestly thought that we would hear at the binding offer/LOI stage Hudson, or shortly after being the AGM RNS etc. It seemed logical at the time. My new thinking is that MT is going for a significant figure, a large portion of financing may be required and that's what is currently being worked on, and also any finer deal details between the legal teams. Once the financing is fully in place then the deal is 100% set to go. At that point we should hear, we'll have to vote the deal through. Due to the valuations you arrive at for MT, or MT and flanks, it is a very significant asset disposal from a value to Eurasia standpoint. I was buying these tickets in the 0.2's at one point, i still to this day can't believe that i was able to do so.

It's an imminent situation, they have announced that they received the letter and are working on that deal, there's a not a lot left for them to do at this stage. Due diligence etc has been done.

Ref timeframes CAW, i would allow longer, it looks like a 16 week window was in place to go from non binding to binding from what we can see. Some days to look through them and decide what they wanted prior to dropping the May 12th RNS.

£2bn+ would do fine at this stage CAW, plenty for a dividend and plenty to roll into the Rosgeo JV. The best thing about the ACF report is that it is done by professionals and is on the very conservative side. They quote that just for the Palladium and we know that there's significant Rhodium in the area, that can change things quite dramatically if they have good figures to show the buyers, which they will as they're professionals at what they do.

What we already hold at Monchetundra CAW, MT + MT flanks i would think. Both are already held in a subsidiary so it's a straight forward disposal. It is all clearly agreed upon with everyone, Eurasia, the buyer, and the Russian gov itself. The plan to take the whole district into production appears set in stone, from an outsider looking in perspective anyway. We get to know everything in due course, when the appropriate time arrives for the BOD to tell us, after all it's their train set and no one else's.

Wk flanks is certainly taking longer than usual CAW. Volche news would be the cherry on top tbh, i can't see how it would be anyone else getting it. I wonder if they had expected Volche and WK flanks to land at a similar time which would allow for one rns to cover the two?. We'll find out sooner or later, hopefully soon.

Amusing that you label me with a term simply because i have credited him with what he stated DUFC23. I guess you guys fell out while he was here, i personally never agreed with everything he said, such is life, however he was right about something happening at monchegorsk to bring the whole district into play faster than the usual flank app after flank process, i don't think anyone can take that away from him at this point.

Third party links and references are just that, other peoples work, hence why they get linked so the appropriate credit is given. It's other peoples work, people simply share it and give their opinion on it. That's basically what we have, various different opinions on what other peoples work means for the progress of Eurasia Mining.

The facts are ad presented from THIRD parties, it is their work, reports etc that gets shared. It's why i always post direct from source, they then get the rightful credit for their work.
I din't do any drilling in Monchegorsk, did you?, exactly. The credit belongs to the people doing the actual work, BOD, Rosgeo, tsngri or however you spell it. We're simply following the yellow brick road, nothing more nothing less.

It's not even just myself who contribute, there are lots of people who have dropped what they've found here. Like or loath him, Rowka dropped a hell of a lot of info in a very short period, they are also the only person who was certain that something would happen to unlock the district at monchegorsk faster than the standard exclusivity flank after flank app process, the rosgeo jv landed which made him right. Caw, Tricky, Ian and countless others have also dropped lots of relevamt information into LSE.

The truth is that we're all shareholders here, rns drops the info and you just expand from there, it's not really that difficult if you have plenty of time on your hands like myself.

And yes, i still disagree with his non binding recent stance, it was a LOI for Monchetundra the company received in May imho.

The whole credit thing is amusing, i've been running various posts on here for a very long time, quite often the things i see appearing are simply expansions of what i post here, but never mind.
