Sounds like a completely different scenario lovelyboy. Eurasia have never mentioned an RTO, they're doing an asset disposal as per the appropriate RNS. That would then run into a investing policy going forward with the proceeds from the asset sale.

You could potentially go for somewhere between the two as a fairly safe bet i would say. They don't account for any behind the scenes FSP bidding war either, so also bare that in mind. Only time will reveal the exact specifics, it can't be far off now, leaving the FSP to focus on the asset disposal was quite some time ago.

I'm just sticking with what ACF dropped myself, well, you obviously have to take the Rhodium and JV into account on top of what they released a while back as well, and the understanding that their valuation is deliberately conservative -

I think they will have to announce all details at the same time under rule 15, if they have to announce what they're investment plans are going forward then they will have to announce the entire breakdown. Sale price, costs (tax, legal fees etc), amount to be invested and where, and amount to be distributed as a dividend. Can't really see it happening any other way due to a company having to disclose their investing plan going forward.

It got shouted down by many when we brought it up on here some months back. It's just one of those things, you had to think outside of the box, it's what Elon does himself, there is nothing that he doesn't consider if it would work in the best interests of his goals. Even if he ends up never being directly involved with Eurasia or directly creating any demand for our metals, the indirect demand scenario is unavoidable due to the fact that wherever he starts building a Tesla factory the countries own car companies start speeding up their change in order to try and compete with him.
From day dot Tesla has been the catalyst for the wider car company community to switch over to electric and away from fossil fuels, that's indirectly pushing both BEV and FCEV models, the commodity demand only naturally follows in the accelerated switch environment that is now staring is all in the face.

Eurasia are perfectly positioned with what they have first mover position over at Monchegorsk.

I think the Rosgeo JV areas gateway legal exclusivity to the others. Whether Eurasia get them the standard app way or the Rosgeo JV way, they all look set to head to Eurasia at some stage. Pretty itching for the deal news and their investment strategy details to drop now, it could be a big eye opener tbh.
