The reason i know so much is because i've dedicated vast amounts of time to it all over many years. Long before ever arriving on LSE even.

I fully appreciate that people don't have the same amount of time that i do to dedicate to such things, so, i simply openly share whatever i come across. Here is a good place, why you ask, well, because shortly people will have a wedge of cash to play with at the time where the industrial revolution is picking up and governments worldwide are looking to speed it all up. Things cost money to achieve the goals, most people don't have any accurate direction to go in, so, if people get a far better understanding of the wider industrial revolution picture then they have a far better idea of how and where they can pitch in to help. This is something that affects us all, it is something which requires as many hands on deck that can be achieved. The collective is far more powerful than an individual entity working on its own.

I think some of you need to learn that there is no competition here, i don't care about Telegram, never been on it and i never will go on it. It is a messenger service similar to facebook group chat by all accounts, each to their own.

It can't be long hudson, the recent interim CEO position points to everything being set up ready to transfer the subsidiary to the buyer in the near term. You simply don't make those moves unless everything is agreed and the paperwork almost complete.
