Apologies for any spelling mistakes in those last few posts. Here is the relevant JV info, it's all down to the BOD's discretion -

"The decision on whether to proceed and thereby incur all or part of the Earnout is wholly at the discretion of Eurasia. The Earnout (if Eurasia decides to proceed) will be spread over the period of the development of the Additional Assets. Eurasia has 24 months in which to decide whether to select some or all of the assets to develop. If Eurasia determines not to proceed with any assets, no consideration would be due beyond the Initial Consideration."

That was 4 months ago, so 20 months left to decide on the other ones, time flies when you're waiting for asset sale details.

Mokey he's mistaken, the exclusivity zone only occurs around a 'mining rights' area, the two pits at MT being the mining rights that exclusivity zones run out from. The current way exclusivity is given to Rosgeo JV areas is via the Rosgeo JV, the exclusivity laws don't even come into it, we have the rights to the areas via the JV, it is all done to the NOD's discretion as to which areas they take on. 24 months to decide which of the 9 they want, NYUD being the first one they've selected.

Been here over 5 years, here for the duration, it's an easy wait when you know how big the asset sale divi will be, but, also any divi's from production over this next 10 years. Prime time divi window for a company like Eurasia with metals needed for the green industrial revolution.

Count yourselves lucky that you're in amongst such a large revolution, you have both the chance to become rich and the chance to hopefully leave the world in a far better place for future generations.

It's the weather which had me believing it would have all been done prior to this season starting, in order to allow them maximum time on the ground to get it all rolling once bought. It's a year lost to a the buyer tbh. If we had started the Sinosteel contract at the bank Rns, MT would have probably been in production by now!!

The deal news and dividend drop will be good, there will be lots of LTH's adding what they can from their dividend pot, moving more into the sticky hand group. That's what we want, more held nice and tight.

MT + Flanks go and we know NYUD is a similar size area, it should therefore have a similar resource level in place to move onto after the disposal. Then add Poaz or Plast 330 and it's big league resource levels, the BOD have this well and truly wrapped up nice and tight.
