It was potentially to be expected gazza due to the multilayer nature of the Monchegorsk complex. That previously mentioned figure for Rosgeo JV resources looks to have been topped also. You can't 100% say just yet, but, that statement by James is very telling on multiple fronts.
Open pit previous works are already in place in many areas so it's all very straight forward to take to production.

That's pretty tough to answer Andynic57. I'm not sure how they will do it, at present i'm leaning on Flanks and NYUD coming at a similar time, the other JV assets would get announced when their licenses arrive in Eurasia's hands at later dates. Eurasia could possibly take a couple of them to production themselves with the rest going to the initial MT + Flanks buyer under ROFR agreements. I can't see why Eurasia wouldn't keep a couple of open pits to work themselves, well, unless the buyer has offered a ridiculous sum under the ROFR arrangements, which is very possible if it is the Federova Tundra consortium scooping up Monchegorsk as well.

All scenarios lead to a massive dividend payment for shareholders and possible royalty payments on all metal mined for the duration of Monchegorsk's mining lifespan. It's hard to try and put it into context without appearing slightly rampy, the area and resource base is just far too large.

If you've been valuing the company as it has progressed you will see nothing but a continued increase in numbers, only the risk has reduced!

MM's are doing what they have done a lot of times here, a great RNS drops and they go on a share raid. It's just business to them, they don't care as long as they get to make some money from it.

It's all right there in RNS for anyone to see, the big mining plan for the Monchegorsk district.

And so i can't be accused of ramping i'll just say 11 open pits for the wider mine plan, keep it nice and easy.

Either or even both could be announced tomorrow or Friday, you just never know at this stage. Imagine mine plans for MT, Flanks & NYUD all arriving and the combined total from all 3 planned being the meaty part of a wider DFS. . . . It does look like it could possibly go that way at this stage, remember toll treatment over 5km etc in previous RNS, handy that flanks and Nyud both fit that criteria as part of a wider mining plan isn't it!

Read it again, it's told you that a mine plan for flanks and Rosgeo JV assets are also on their way.

I love the whole 'i was hoping for more' spiel at every RNS. NYUD license comes and the mine plan is already done, previous and todays RNS tells you that, just not in a dirwct way.

Both flanks and Rosgeo JV assets have loads of historical work done on them, old copper mines in many of the areas which will simply be brought back online. Work for JORC's etc there will have been minimal at this stage imho

To try and get shares out of peoples hands before the further imminent news drops. They want your shares cheap so that they can sell them on at a higher price at a later date. They've used the same shake trick countless times on this share now, it's a very boring trick at this stage of proceedings......big yawn!
