It could well be saxon, he has clear plans to head into Russia and wherever he goes he likes to secure resources. The Nickel, Cobalt and Copper could entice him to have a go at securing something like Monchetundra and Flanks. He was alerted by many twitter posts tbh, i can't see him not taking a look when he publicly announced and begged miners to produce more Nickel. If he feels they can't meet what he needs, the solution can be him securing Nickel assets himself and ensuring he has what he needs. PGM's are used in space rockets, satellite position thrusters etc, so he would also have a good use case for those.

If he bids he can bid higher as he woukd be cutting out the middle man and still saving himself a hell of a lot of money. Leads to cheaper battery and EV production costs tbh, so is very viable from a business sense. Could take a JV move with a mining major on his side......who knows!

Very good interim tbh, full of goodies. Looks like the bidding war outside of the FSP is plausible at this stage -

JORC's come next as big news, they will open a few eyes when they land. Numbers only ever grow at Eurasia!

Eurasia is and always was just a waiting game, when you put a world renowned geologist and a world renowned investment banker specialised in commodities together, it was always going to be a very magical arrangement. Both are at the top of their game, they've played the entire thing perfectly.

They even tell you that they're going to be in the major league, this isn't small fry stuff, there's an entire district of PGM's and battery metals at Eurasia's disposal, first mover advantage on the entire lot!

Should be a very busy day tomorrow, it is a Friday after all and that interim is full of golden info nuggets.

Could be Tilly mate, it's exactly what a lot of LTH only dreamed about at one point. It's massive no matter which we any of us look at it, you can't even try to calculate where this could now be at if there has been a good war for things at Monchegorsk. The deal they chose from FSP was potentially the highest offer from that, then as CAW has said they've possibly been some come back for a second shot to secure outside of the FSP. There were a few of us who did state a bidding war could occur after the FSP, it was always possible, for it to materialise is a dream come true if i'm honest.

The week's still young also, and after hours Friday JORC RNS would be nice as well wouldn't it, or, am i just being greedy now? lol

It's outside of the FSP, there are zero law protecting any bidders anonymity -

Tilly, you can't put an offer in for a company and for it to not arrive to the market. It is all attached to this -

Substantially all isn't a full company sale, it's still only an asset disposal. The original accepted offer/s have simply been beaten for the BOD to consider them. Any company takeover approach (full company sale) would have to announced to the market.

I don't believe it can be a full company sale CAW, if they had received an offer to consider after the FSP for a full company sale then they would have to inform the market immediately, it's looking like superior asset sale offers imho.

A bidding war for Monchetundra was always to be expected, i expect that they're in a war to secure it.

There's a couple of naysayers on twitter, additional interest from other parties after the initial offer had been chosen by the BOD can only result in higher offers for the BOD to consider them. You don't consider a worse deal, you only consider superior ones -

At this stage i don't think anyone can fully comprehend what a bidding war would lead to on such a large asset base as MT + Flanks for example. It's simply bolting on billions to any fair value estimate, how many more of those juicy billions is fully open to debate, this really is all set to go right off the chart. That's not ramping, that's just how it is at this stage of things!
