Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
I'm 36 & have Cystic Fibrosis - I've been involved with respiratory infections my entire life and ended up needing an urgent lung transplant May 19. I was a relativlely early investor in Vertex Pharmeceuticals at 80USD (now 250 USD). They are a different animal but if Synairgen are expanding their trial to the home - this is hugely promising and must be seeing positive results.
DYOR but I'm pretty confident this will fly over the next 6 weeks - as there's no treatment like it to stop that lower airway damage if/when a cytokine storm starts.
Just a quick update for those involved here.
I own a digital agency here in the UK and after finding TSI and Brandshield here went on to research Brandshield in detail. I have spoke with the company and as an agency we are now looking to partner with them in our region, using our client network and leveraging their software to interest new prospectives. It's a novel business with great positioning in today's climate. They have some great names on their roster including New Balance, KTM & A.C Milan. If the software helps those SMEs in our economy protect their brand then they will fly. What was most interesting was the ability to scan online marketplaces for counterfit goods & scan biddable ads (PPC) like those on Google & Bing for brand attacks.
DYOR but I am in here for the Brandshield IPO which will lift TSI hugely.
I think we should all agree to disagree that we've been unlucky and the BoD haven't necessarily been the best but such ia life and we all make mistakes and errors of judgement.
I myself am many thousands of pounds down on this share (circa £50k), as I am with MATD (once license gets agreed it will uptick slightly) , FRR (lost forever) - basically anything to do with oil.
I personally think that AJamesW is well researched and knows more about this stock that anyone similar to PAddyGal over at GGP.
Without the Covid situation, Bloe would have a steady setup, barrels of oil being found, stored and sold, and gas coming online mid year. Covid has annihilated that plan.
I am disgruntled but not at posters on this board as I went off and did my own research on ll the facts people stated as best I could.
In a different parallel universe we could be sat here with a 7p share price and a MC £35m and all be quite happy with out position.
Let's try all give decent conjecture here both negative and positive - not just slandering people off. It's can get quite tedious and boring for the rest of us.
I am neither a basher nor a pumper - just here for discussion like all of us.
I own 1.2m shares so genuinely just interested in their future - everything has 2 sides and I lean towards the positive.
Lots of interesting things to happen over the next while.
I think you are correct astec - The big IIs will be a touch frustrated by the current position and will not be selling out for a 10th of their 11p investment. They'll be some firm conversations happening about what to do when Corona calms (I mean it's not going away but things will start again come Q3/4.
I also am intrigued by the 3D data - that must be either be showing nothing which they are not announcing (which does worry me) or they have found some good good deposits but don't have the cash to develop now.
Why the 3D survey wasn't done at commencement over 18 months ago genuinely is a management error - seems very strange to see it as an add on rather than use it as a primary stepping stone.
I have been here for 18 months or so and should have sold at the pop up at 15p but hindsight is a wonderful thing.
I think there are both positives and negatives to the current situation and the accounts will be interesting come end of the month.
Given the larger shareholders at 11p - there will be surely be a bounce up in time to get them out.
I assume it'll near 4p - might aswell wait for that.
wWen gas gets hooked up probably Q4 - this will make some movement up.
It has been a scam from the beginning.
@bigboffer
I'm with you on the outcome of this long term - oil & gas in a country that has a huge desire to develop.
What equivalent companies do you have in your mind when you think mid-tier £500m Cap oil companies - who Bloe will emulate in the future.
My money is here for 3-5yrs+ so if it gets to £1 I'm golden
Block Energy
Sometimes, just sometimes, things fall into your hands and although these are dark times for the oil industry in general Block appears to have taken a significant step somewhat out of the ‘blue’ as it were…
Block is to buy from SLB a couple of assets in Georgia, the big blue has 3 PSC’s in-country, producing block XI, (Georgia’s most productive block) exploration block IX and block X which it is to relinquish. The deal gives 2P reserves of 64m boe and production of 245 b/d of oil plus 600bcf of GIIP following recent drilling in the Lower Eocene and Upper Cretaceous and increases 2C contingent resources by 29 million boe and offers significant upside potential of 245 million boe of prospective resources.
Unsurprisingly, as befits companies like SLB who once they have decided to desert a province, just go, Block have picked up a load of stuff for free, this includes materials and a CPF with 36/- barrels of oil storage, a workshop, a laboratory, and a compound with an office and warehouse.
CEO Paul Haywood said with this deal ‘The Acquisition is transformational for Block Energy, providing the Company scale and increased production, reserves and resources. A critical component of this transaction is that it will be completed with no cash consideration, using options on our own share capital’
I am delighted that in a geography that I have historically liked Block has had a chance to massively increase its position, should they take advantage of this, and there can be fewer gifts offered in the sector than this, then this is indeed truly transformational, full marks.
Fully agree with Bonum
My only question I would have raised to MB at the end would have been why was Heron 1 last in the programme? If the probability of success was so high given it's proximity to PetroChina field?
They could have dug Heron earlier and used cash to get that into production?
I guess hindsight is a wonderful thing and Heron's probability of success lower than my understanding.
Overall MB's presentation was positive and straight talking. No ramping - which was refreshing.
