Transformational moment for TERN all. Don't look back at these posts and kick yourself for not buying in at 20p!

Microsoft, Amazon, Medigate, Entrust, Jitsuin, Symantec, Dell, AMD all using keyscaler from Device Authority.

The Biden IoT security Executive Order is a game changer and transformational for this sector of cyber security, all during a cyber security war, that is certainly going to get A LOT of exposure over the months and years ahead. Government now scrambling to secure the IoT security system and private companies and big sectors facing enormous pressure to also act on this front.

DA will be worth far, far more than the current mcap lets on. Which also factors in all of the investee companies...

TERN knows this and so does the US. Hence the incoming cross-listing landing any day now.

Simply look at the mcaps of US companies in the cyber security space, hundreds of millions minimum, many billions, some tens of billions.

Any week now TERN shares will be available to purchase in the US as per the RNS in June, during US trading hours and in USD.

Hence why I believe its wise to buy now rather than much higher. The share price has had 3 attempts at trying to break the 30s and now with the placing out the way and TERN loaded up with 4mil+ and US listing on the way, this will go ^^^^^^

TERN is sitting at a 60mil mcap right now. Device Authority alone is worth far more than that. Let alone the other investees.

Microsoft paid 500mil+ for a security start up 2 days ago. Norton is about to buy Avast security for 8bil in the UK. You can google this up quite easily.

We know DA is already in bed with the giants, Microsoft, Medigate and Entrust to name a few. Dozens of huge partners and more major partnerships being formed each month.

The Biden EO itself on IoT cyber security is enough itself to warrant the rerate, let alone Device Authority's new major partnerships, Wyld being IPO'd, TERN about to be listed in the US, where it's true value will be appreciated and all the signals that an exit is on the cards very soon, with several 3rd party's showing interest. Similar legislation is also on the way outside of the US too, UK, Aus etc...

The worlds biggest companies, Microsoft, Entrust, Norton are scrambling to snap up the best security companies. DA is one of these. Not my opinion, but the opinion of the industry. Cybersecurity is a real threat.

Don't let a few de-rampers who are in pain seeing this finally realise its true value put you off from buying at such a great price. Especially before this goes up in the US.

The WYLD IPO is less than 3 weeks away. The much anticipated updates for the other companies, DA particularly are also coming in "due course" as per the last RNS. Remember DA's keyscaler is the "glue that holds IOT together" - it's quite simply a massive deal.

Device Authority / Key Scaler already powers Microsoft Azure.

+it's involvement in the Fido Alliance along with the Biden Presidential Executive Order means this is worth much more than other IoT security companies.

TERN knows this, hence the RNS this morning which confirms they're talking to 3rd parties. The MCAP is a joke considering how much this will get sold for.

Seriously weak hands to sell your shares on an RNS that confirms all the rumours that led to the share price rise in the first place.

The RNS called out DA and then mentions 3rd parties....

IoT is extremely crucial now.

DA (TERN) is therefore a goliath and then some.

I agree, but think short-term we'll see a £1 and then £2-3 will come after once any news hits.

Its about mcap. Even at 30p the TERN mcap is only about 100mil. Many would value Device Authority alone at several hundred million or perhaps even 1-2 billion. Then when you factor in TERN's other investment and its quite obvious why the market has woken up to this. Solid IoT security is desperately needed and DA is the best in the business.

TERN is an investment company looking to sell its assets at the right time and the signal is that the time has come.
