Having dealt with ports extensively, operating and non-operating, I can’t believe this time-and-place opportunity to invest. I only invest in major infrastructure or mines with huge potential, but given the unrelated situations they are in, they are on their knees. I’m so pleased I spotted this. Good look everyone

Most government grant investments require a percentage of match funding or partner investment, this would fulfill such a requirement.

Green Lithium granted Planning Permission for a UK lithium refinery.

From a strategic point of view at this point having Antos not on the BOD comes with advantages that put the BOU shell in a strong position. He is able to act independently and step in to perform tasks that the directors would be unable to perform i.e. buying up the warrants to free the shell from Peter House, whilst acting as a key advisor to the official BOD.

I do not need any more reassuring that Antos is 100% commitment to this RTO.

I will be agreeing to all but one resolution, I will be voting against M.L to be appointed director as he is now the last link the shell has to Peter House and I struggle to see what he brings to the table.

Antos has underwritten the entire Open Offer, any shares that are not bought he will buy. How much more evidence do you need that he has a huge amount of faith in this?

I would expect another RNS shortly to confirm the new director.

It looks like the board are been true to their clear communication “it is the Board's intention to identify and execute a reverse takeover in prudent haste”.

Things will start to happen very quickly now I’m sure.

Nicely put Cymrun, I couldn't agree more. The writing is on the wall and there are no underlying agendas other than to make this work for the shareholders.

Whichever way you look at this. This is very much an undervalued shell.

For the company’s trying to get themselves floated, this is the most economical option by a long way.

I wouldn’t be surprised if there are herds of company’s wanting to RTO into this.

The board will have a good choice of solid company’s to RTO into this shell.
