I was just looking it up there and the PRA take a statuatory 6 months to grant this unconditional banking license and it can take 12 months if they need any additional information.Oh well just forget about this till September. ;))))))))))))))

Really good news,now they need to go to the PRA (prudential regulatory authority) for unconditional banking license. Unreal how many hoops they have to jump through to start trading. How long does it take to get this approval? Another long wait i guess. Oh well final hurdle i guess; GLA,:)))))))))))))))

Get regulatory approval is the big one,i just wish it would happen sooner rather than later. But it seems there is no way to speed up this process.

But if you read between the lines they are doing everything right and it could pay dividends to hold this one.

I wish they could give us some indication of when they think the approval could be granted. But i know i need to be more patient.

It’s always worth mentioning that retail investors or traders are only a tiny part of it all in most companies.What really moves the sp is when institutional investors back it and buy into it with big money and they are happy to leave it for 5 years or more some 20 years if they really believe in it. That’s what Warren buffet does he buys 100s of millions and leaves it there for years he never sells. But he does his homework and makes sure he likes and believes in the company he is investing in.Most of us don’t have the money or patience to wait that long. Most of us just wait on a large rise and bail out but there is nothing wrong with that either. It really depends on your circumstances and if you need the money sooner each to there own I say,good luck, :)))))))))))))

Let’s get this show on the road.They did say they will give us more updates, so I think there will be plenty opportunities for investors to get on board and once the banking license is sealed and Albaco get up and running the sp you would think will really take off. I’m also hoping as well we will get other investments on board with chp as I don’t want them to put all their eggs in the albaco basket, although chp will have a significant holding in albaco which I think will be their best investment. It could take a while to see a really good return but I also think that there will be opportunities to sell some if that’s what’s you wish as there will be spikes with good news flooding in. It’s ready to break and smash right through 0.0040; this should be the bottom, buying under that is a bonus. Be good to see Albaco up and running and see how well it’s received and how it does in their first year. It’s really encouraging as well that they are going to keep shareholders updated more often as stated in the Rns. Atb, :)))))))))

I'm not sure if he is allowed to put the £25 million towards it himself or he probably would have. It probably has to be a transaction from another company to prove and meet the regulatory requirements. Gla,:)))))))))))))))

Its a bit disappointing if they have got the funds but are not releasing the news. Surely they have to RNS it, as it is the rules.

Surely they wont hold it off till the end of the year when they do the placing/consolidation.ATB,:)))))))))))))))
