The so called 1m dump, shows the ignorance and motives of certain posters. I will happily put my hand up to that sale. That 1m "dump" was me recouping the very last of my initial investment. Iam now running on free shares, like I hope most of the LTH are. GL all, this has legs. If it posts like a troll, it usually is.

Going by the time stamp it was a sell.

Tungstenman. Cornwall Resources Limited does not own a mine, the benefit being we have no mine overheads. We have a tranche of Mineral rights licences, including Kelly Brae (Redmoor) which they (we) are developing in agreement with the land owners. Any mine therefore would also have to be developed within an agreement with the landowners. We have other exciting areas, but Redmoor is currently the main focus. We have an estimated mineral resource and are working to expand this. My hope is that we move to an indicated resource that matches and/or exceeds the estimated resource (and values the company at the figures being bandied about) and sell either the rights or the company. I do not have the many years required left, to watch this develop into a mine and SML, without a significant funding and development partner does not have the resources to do this IMO. I can spare a couple of years to reach an indicated resource estimate and watch the currently developing situation with renewed positive interest.

Nearly a decade ago, when this used to go up 4% - 5% a day. It just kept creeping up. Someone has been selling up, have they finished?

Not misreporting, just automated.

It's automated. Any buy below the mid price shows red. Any sell above the mid shows blue. You can't rely on the colouring, you have to take the spread at the time of trade and see if your trade was above or below the mid price. A trade on the mid price shows grey.

I don't think we need the extra financial compliance and CGT.

The best I can hope for IMO is to move to an indicated reserve and then sell. I do not have the years left to get anywhere near production (not that we have the ability alone to do that). The board are not "spring chickens" either. We could increase the inferred resource and try to sell at a lower price, or move to an indicated resource, which would be a total game changer and sell at better price. I can almot feel the underlying pressure for this to move up. it will go fast when it does, but what will the catalyst be?

Prop, I was going to put BZ, but that may have confused a few people. I opted for Big Up instead, a throw back to my diving days around the Caribbean in the 80's and 90's.

The joys of AIM. If somone sells £50 we drop 10%. If we get news of an option call and a drilling campaign that is fully funded, we get nada.

The "interested party" (is the only company I can find with the correct name Axis Mining and Minerals Pte. Ltd) has very little web presence. It appears to be registered in Singapore and have only one investment visibly registered. That being South Pacific Metals at IPO it invested in the IPO along with Season Cove, also registered in Singapore. Between them they invested $2.5m Canadian dollars in 2022. 2 names are registered as contacts, Casey Lacey and Shawn John.

South Pacific Metals is listed on the Toronto TSX.V.

So we have history showing the ability to invest and given our past performance that would indicate that correct due diligence has been done this time.

IMO 3 things may happen this week:

The purchaser makes the non refundable deposit of $100k for an exclusive call option to purchase. We should see an up-tick.

Another extension is announced. Any negative movement should correct itself (as this is still a positive).

The purchaser withdraws. We should see a down-tick.
