Basically what I have been saying for ages, selling off 40 percent of business to continue paying top management salaries and bonuses and share options and expenses, who have produced nothing of note so far.

No news is not usually good news, I’m going to predict an announcement of some kind tomorrow before the execs run for the hills while the dust settles over the holiday period.

I’m intrigued as to what the buyers basis for the near 200k shares that have been bought today.

Is there a reason 15k buys/sells seems to be a popular buy/sell volume?

Any customers for Symphony software yet?

Don’t know why I made Pearls hitlist, have just checked back on the last few months and it’s all been mainly fact and reality based with a dash of sarcasm and not hopes, dreams and wishes.

I do know why I haven’t commented on anything positive, it’s because there hasn’t been anything positive just frippery dressed up as progress whilst continuing to burn cash reserves or sell off bits of the company.

Let’s not forget the current share price is the share price of a now smaller company whilst the cash raised is being eaten up by expensive hires, bonuses, share awards etc. and all the while no new contracts from the millions of new business that was weighted towards Q4/2024 slipped into Q1/2025 and then as of Q4/2025 have still not materialised.

Must be about 2m+ payroll cost of all these high profile hires and SK that have thus far produced nothing.

Are there enough lemons left who are going to fall for another cash raise based on rhetoric and two years of “slippage”

With the current state of the order book and rate of cash burn the last thing I would be talking about is lemons.

To be fair JG counting all the contract in Q4 thus exceeding 2024 etc was possibly the most naive thing I have seen in a Pearls post.

I watched the video to a certain point and it was just a thesaurus of large words that told you nothing.

Over a week into Q4 you would hope for an announcement about some of the business from the last 2 years that has slipped into this quarter.

Pearls nothing makes sense, a new product with no customers as yet, a loss making company splashing out share awards for seemingly just staying at the company, more expensive hires when the last 4 or 5 have not made any visible difference and selling off part of the company to pay for it.

The conundrum I’m trying to solve is why would SK sanction the development of Symphony without firm evidence from the market that it’s wanted and customers lined up to come on board.

The generosity of this loss making company knows no bounds.

There was an American that sold their car to pay their rent/mortgage for a few months, when they eventually defaulted they didn’t have a car to live in.

I once bought double glazing with a 10 year guarantee from a company that went bust 18 months later…….

The optimist would view the silence was because there is no news, the pessimist because there is only bad news. Either way on the back of a poor Q2 and a run on the share price silence is bad news.

And land and expand is currently bland and contract.

Whatever news they published we would see through it.
