I did read somewhere that the Keevil family have controlled Teck with a dual share structure for six decades. So perhaps if they have shares in HZM they are considered in private hands

I’m leaning towards Teck, because of the pressure being put on it to change course and because of the replacement Teck director on HZM board. Teck could have just sent the office cat to have a nap on the board, they most certainly have not done that.
