Use the NPV to value what is in the ground at Araguia. Someone will mine it, if not HZM they will have to pay a decent share price to get hold of Araguia, the board said they would only recommend acceptance of a 'compelling' offer.

Someone from HZM told me it was the bigger picture not the current share price that concerned them, we were in the low two pence at the time.
They were concerned though that they must create long term shareholder value, Royalty Agreement step one, it appears to me.

HZM said to be a very tight ship, that Royalty agreement seemed to be a complete surprise, months earlier than expected.

Jeremy might just release it tomorrow and have a nice quiet weekend before the multiple interviews.

We had Lombard selling as well, they had merged, I think our market cap was considered too small for the enlarged firm, plus we had waited five months for the FS for Araguia.

Not a nice time, but now we have a large Royalty payment and work has started.

Thanks Lotto, very quick skim, what I noticed is that project size and quality of management seem to be the most highly rated considerations. That is HZM to me.

Correct Bomber Vermelho is battery grade nickel, should be a fair bit of interest once the PFS is out, max 8 working days hopefully.

The £1 a share was just for Araguia if I remember correctly, Vermelho still sits on the books at only £8 million purchase price, until PFS.

HZM current market cap £64 million.

I will stick my head above the parapet and say I remember a well researched poster stated £1 a share plus plenty of dividends once we reach production.
Plenty of others (including the CEO) have said we have the equivalent of three Onca Puma mines, Onca Puma sold for about $800 million in 2005, at a similar stage of the nickel cycle.

Perhaps tomorrow is PFS day and Griffiths is being a gent and clearing out today.

Luckily share price does not devalue the nickel in the ground and as we have a Royalty agreement, it is getting nearer to coming out of the ground.

We have had a series of sellers for over a year, luckily those in charge go about their business in a calm and efficient manner.
