What on earth is going on here ? People should be selling not buying surely.

Its a good sign that they want to fill an order dara, amazing how they can hold it at a certain level for a long time , I have been in some shares when you can't buy for days and then they will let you have some ..... for a big % more.
I did listen to the Crooks guy just after he retired (nice honest chap) on PI world as well as saying that mm's lose too he also said that they can move the price down by (30%) to fill a large order and the various mm's do talk to each other on the phone as sometimes they are just as bemused as us as to what is going on in some shares.
What is going on with ECR? Well, it seems as if they are filling an order in the background .

Tiny spread encourages people to sell , rarely seen the spread so low on ecr , not much profit in that for the mm's , all psychology innit!

Someone is sniping on the buy side , they keep taking out the sells .

Can there be any sellers left, there has been a lot of churn since November. Want to reduce average more but probably won't get the chance now . Onwards and upwards eh?

I also received the letter today and what I can grasp is it sounds like if we vote what they are asking they will start to distribute Contango share to us CGH shareholders. But with me being aware at how dodgy Groves is I’m wondering if he’s trying to shaft us for his own gain somehow.
They want us to vote to reduce the time of unclaimed dividends from 12 years to 1 year after that they will be forfeited and revert to the company.

Which shouldn’t be a problem knowing what a shady scammer groves is could they get us to vote this through but then basically ghost us for 12 months which would end up us forfeiting our shares.

Maybe I’m being paranoid and this is the genuine attempt of giving us old sable mining shareholder what we deserve.

If anyone with a better understanding than me knows what’s best to do please post soon.

P.s. forgot to say thanks for pointing out the km Aquae .

We will see Aquae, Shen Yao have been creative in their bookkeeping and have annoyed the locals with their pay rates and a few other things . Doesn't mean that they won't get it but they have certainly blotted their copybook, should have said 20km as I was only talking about the 3 contiguous licences which is plenty to be going on with .
Don't know if Shen Yao have the money considering their bookkeeping attempts , a big question mark over what they are doing because the grades appear to have fallen too and wonder if they are also creative ?
Anyway I think the SP has bottomed now and on its way back up .. as an aside the drilling contractors gone reduces costs by X amount as we wait for the new drill to arrive and be commissioned.

Yes , you are right LW , as I have said previously once they get the whole of Creswick (DMS) licence (and they will) it is a company maker , 25km that they can explore and they will need a JV for it to progress quickly which they will also get.
Property buy at Creswick was a gift as there is an entry to the whole prospect and they don't need landowner permission and excruciating costs.
To develop to this point would cost any company millions to secure the leases and have an entry point for a mine , to be fair ECR have done it on a shoestring and they deserve every success from hereon in .
From comments on here it looks as if those who were going to sell have sold out and there is renewed interest as the low seems to have been set and Andrew Scotts buddies will have cast an eye over it .
Just Bailieston alone will have generated some interest as Craig knew it would.

Calm down guys, they are both good companies , Ben is producing which is great and Cgo is on the way , it will take time for both of them to get it right.

I don't see that it makes any difference LW , 6184 they should have applied for before it ended , awful oversight even though they were reminded by a member of this board and it was pointed out to them on twitter, but at least they did it in the end and probably when they got a letter off earth resources, never mind it is done now.
6713 they are the only applicant , nailed on that they get it .

Funny thing max is that everyone is down in the dumps and that is the time to buy as difficult as it is . I am slowly taking some , it's a good buy price really although I remain very pee'd off regarding their unwillingness to keep PI's informed .
MM's seem to be very willing to take the ones selling this morning without it going to NT which is mildly encouraging.
