Alliance News) - RC365 Holding PLC on Thursday said that it has bought the entire issued share capital of Mr Meal Production Ltd, a company providing media and advertising services to Hong Kong companies.

The London-based company, which focuses on payment gateway solutions and IT support services, has paid HKD2.0 million, or GBP195,787.43, for Mr Meal.

HKD1.0 million in cash will be paid upon completion, followed by a further HKD1.0 million through the issue of 91,453 shares in RC365, representing 0.1% of its share capital. The consideration shares are contingent on the retention of key employees for a 12-month period.

Unaudited management accounts of Mr Meal for the year ended March 31, 2023, show revenue of HKD2.6 million, and profit before tax of HKD300,000. Mr Meal will continue to operate under its own brand.

"The acquisition of Mr Meal represents another step in the company's development. The Mr Meal team are highly experienced with a proven track record in delivering high quality 3D animation production services. We look forward to working with our new colleagues," said Chief Executive Officer Chi Kit Law.

RC365 Holding shares were trading 7.3% higher at 117.00 pence each in London on Thursday afternoon.

I watched the interview, yes there is not much info out there that’s why so much gains can be made , once the good news does come (if) people wanting to get in will be buying at £10/£20 , this company based in Hong Kong is spreading out into Singapore, UK and Europe and entering its AI technology into different markets, (if) successful this will become a multi billion pound market cap just like all other ai companies,

Has a massive market cap that people say doesn’t deserve yet keeps making new highs this could easily 5/10 x from here without a single news release due to the expectation of the world transitioning into ai tech, like it or not people can make good money here so join the ride or dont. This could go two ways now with the share price stabilising, over last hr, 14:30 US market opens this spikes again up to 60% up or spikes down to 20% up , obviously I’d rather 60% but thinking if this ends today just 20% up I’m happy then keeps adding to that gain for the next few weeks might be more healthy,

Same as me then I googled same invested 2k was up 30% so invested 3k more at around 1.50 then another 3k when dropped 20% so unfortunately I’m well down , because of big buy and sell spreads currently says I’m £3,200 down was a lot worse yesterday , holding tight who knows could be back in profit by end of week , if you look back over last 5 weeks there was also another big pull back but then flew well into all time highs again. I really hope for all of us that happens again, my target is 50% up so I can leave 4k and take my initial 8 k back, then I can ride this long term with 0 stress , sounds like wishful thinking but sure people were thinking that when this hit 100% up then within 2 more weeks was 500% up . My prediction is at 14:30 when US market opens this will rally up further, Monday and Friday when was heading down pumped down further so today pumping up only stands to reason will pump up further,

There are big buys going on after hrs all the time, imagine if there is big things coming here and some big players are in the no and are the tiny % of retail that accidentally stumbled upon this, worth a shot in my opinion, anyone who doesn’t have appetite for risk shouldn’t invest, this stock in the weeks months years ahead will either make you rich or will crash your investment, I’ve invested loads and it does tug on my emotions think small investment here would work
