Theres the pdf to the docket if the link works, if not its Docket #570
Whats CINE action? Is that what happens in the back row?
Why are you affraid? Not even a shareholder but crapping your pants?
In this bournemouth echo article they make it quite clear that the £40,000,000 raise will 'include' the 19/1
Kate also has confirmed that the final details of the rights issue are unknown as of yet so its anyones guess, but there is a shareholder vote coming on the terms of the RI so im guessing they wont make it too painful to stomach. Also Gary had said before they are looking towards a higher gearing.
I still think there should be a shareholder committee like the claimants got.. so shareholders could negotiate rather than the board just agreeing that we should pay for example the whole £40,000,000 and mess up the chances of a successful raise.
Now if they were to announce £200m of external debt raised via bonds or a new securitisation facility before telling us about the full £40,000,000 then the SP would recover and the raise price wouldnt feel like such a shock to the system.
Good luck everyone.

I think personally it will be closer to £15,000,000 for the 19/1 so works out 3.16p per share held to get access to the 19 new shares... maybe £25-30m though with the rest raised from an II placing
One thing i wouldnt want to see is a dilution EVEN if you can take part in the raise, that would take the mick
Metom - its only a few hours until Friday trading hours and you still havnt replied, please let me know what can bring an end to Cineworld for good today
Legin - so the mcap will stay exactly £19m + £15m/£40m from the 19/1 right issue, and no way mcap will end up higher? Okay.. what about when an announcement comes through about a £200-300m bonds/securitisation facility to facilitate new lending drops?
Shearclass i dont think you quite get that the new shares will be issued much cheaper and shareprice wont instantly be £400m+ .. but you will have to own shares to get the cheap shares anyway so doesnt matter to you :)
Metom.. care to elaborate on what could see the end of Cineworld on Friday?
Cineworld stop spouting rubbish, you dont know what the dilusion will be and neither does anyone else yet
Wasnt yesterdays case just to agree to pay $150m or so to people who needed it? Final hearing 21st October and doubtful will be any objections.. or was there more to it? Hard to understand all those court docs.
I am currently in Cine for less than the profit i took in 2020.. still got another £2000 before i even go into my original stake money. Call me crazy but i have more shares and only using the profits as of yet.. we will see how it goes in chapter 11 before committing stacks
Only time will tell
Just under £1100 for 40,500 shares.. if only i had of had the patience to hold out till now until i bought any :) so jealous of everyone getting in at these levels with decent cash but it is what it is
