@Gandernee, only the 0.201 was a sell this morning, the rest at 0.207 etc were Buys; the algo just reports them as SELLS because they are lower than the mid-price of 0.21, at mkt open (0.20-0.22).

Yes, I doubt Dan being able to keep an FDA ODD designation "under wraps". So, rising price action/volumes would point to a positive outcome.

More shares, more trading probably, hopefully leading to smaller trading spreads but also enabling other Institutions to gradually build a position. Of course, it's the news flow that will drive such new interest.
