Let's see the numbers; Mkt cap now appx 2.4mln, rising to appx 3.3mln in 2 days once new shares have been added (@0.75). For Warrants (and further dilution) to kick in next year, Mkt cap has to exceed 6.6mln. It's not certain it will double and then stay at, or over, that level, until a lot of positive things happen business-wise. Dilution is the huge negative here for us, positive is the price paid (no discount) and that the Co can now focus on growing sales and margins.

I agree with you but it's too late for an update now; we'll get the trading update for H1 2025 (to 31 Dec 2025) by end of March. If the 2026 outlook is positive, maybe some updates on deals as well? We will have to wait and see.

They have until the 31st of Dec to release the AFS Y/E June 2025, otherwise shares will be suspended; as they have not released any RNS about a delay (last year it was issued on 18 Dec), IMO the AFS will be released by the deadline, probably before Xmas?

Question to OSD - why the assumption that NFX responded only "on Tuesday" i.e. 5 weeks after the last RNS?

At this level, IMO downside is limited whereas the upside - with a positive surprise on cash burn, revenues etc - looks more certain.

Yes, previous 2 years the AGM was notified in advance; and an RNS about an agreement accompanied one of the two; so, a 50:50 chance maybe of getting a material RNS? Strange though that no Notice was issued, maybe too busy??

Well, Shareholders already got through their broker the requisite notice for the AGM on 31 Dec; if you haven't, follow up with your Broker.

Looks like someone is already one step ahead??

Magpie, yes, you are right, I 'd forgotten about the FDA page - does anyone have the exact link leading to ODD designations?

In any case, the SP will rise instantly IMO, once - hopefully - an ODD designation is issued.

Let's hope for a bullish trading update tomorrow, at the AGM.

L2w, pretty standard options other than the increasing to 8%, from 4%, of the interest rate payable to Yuri's loan to the Co; I can only think of 2 scenarios related to that, a) Yuri is in dire straits and/or b) Co is now making enough cash to cover this extra expense!

The extremely far-fetched, biased and bullish scenario would be where the FDA has responded and a partner is lined up but the partner has asked NFX to wait, until they can issue a joint RNS about a collaboration! But this is unlikely because insiders would have already driven the SP up.

It'd be fair to expect, IMO, that the Co would not share any "price sensitive" info to any shareholder emailing it; but, as OSD says, we can try to get some updates of any sort; what we still don't know is whether they replied to the FDA's request, further to the RNS of 12 November.

"All info will be released" says nothing, for a reason, but it's also very unhelpful to us.

IMO, we'd be getting the AFS June 25 by next Friday?
