VikR, thanks, indeed encouraging - 99% there, date of ODD seems to be the only unknown; and whether this needs another small fund raise of 200k, that's 3-4% dilution so again, we can survive it. A "plus" is that NFX does not use oil, neither it is a consumer stock but rather, it's in a defensive sector with its own specifcs and whatever happens in the Gulf, any impact will be short-lived and muted (other than people selling out in fear). IMO

Dowgate sold off appx 3% of its stake, as at last RNS issued, i.e. about 450.000 shares; over the past week, I have counted appx 250.000 shares being bought via delayed trades of around 10k and over; this is what has probably led to the SP rising by about 10% from its bottom of 62-63p.

If this buying continues this week, with another 200-250k shares off the market, we'd be looking at hitting 80p soon, IMO. And if an RNS follows about the buyer/s of these shares, then we'll be heading to 90p.

71.7-70.5, let's hope this can go on.

I'd have expected selling, not buying today given the events in the MEst; interims soon, so finally we'll get some numbers and outlook.

It'd be interesting to hear at the Investor meet, how the MEast expansion plans will now be affected by this war.

About GBP150k cash to be received as well. Steady progress IMO

IMO, very positive that SP is steady/going up on such a day; seems - with big BUYs going through - that IIs are wading back in. Hopefully, those that needed to sell out are now out of the way.

With this market turmoil etc, this delay might actually be positive in a way!

Last 2 material RNSs, re delays etc, were in the afternoon and actually, the one after mkt close so, a long wait today!

I reckon it'll be very embarrassing if anyone goes and asks, what's going on with ODD, Cash etc!

I think if it holds above 3p, once news hits, it will be a great start to an upwards trajectory; last year it failed twice to close above that level, as people rush to lock 10-20% profits.

Whatever happens, tomorrow morning an RNS will either announce a further delay, or the actual AFS themselves. GLA!

Not long to go IMO, based on past record - I am quite optimistic that 2026 will be far better than 2025; Directors opting to get paid in shares in lieu of their fees, instead of hard cash, shows some optimism on their part.

Good news tomorrow I hope, or another RNS informing us re an extension to the LS date?

Logic would say that, had the FDA been unhappy with the initial application, they'd have rejected it within the first 90 days; rejection is highly unlikely for a query that needed the same data submitted, and accepted, by the EMA. The unknown is why the FDA is taking so long but still, there are many possible (and logical) explanations; high workload due to shutdowns, staff leaving tnx to Musk's DOGE efforts, NFX application "missing" its turn due to this extra query etc.
