To clarify, by "interims", I mean the numbers for H1 2021.
However, the RNS on Monday should (or may) also mention events post-report (if not in the public domain before, could move the SP) things such as a slowdown in cash burn, and/or rise in Gross margins, an update on China +bioprocessing and a very rosy outlook on the various business projects MSYS is working on.
Any of the above can be a catalyst for a rerating.
On the other hand, the RNS could be just a dry numerical report about H1 with nothing new/positive/concrete about the future so we shall see.
Personally, I believe that the Presentation should provide a positive spin so a SP lift remains to be seen.

We just need good numbers and then the SP will move up, buyers or not. This is because the Market maker will have to rerate the stock, irrespective of buying interest (similarly, the MM reduces the SP if bad news come out BEFORE anyone even tries to sell). Rerating in based on market forecasts, projections so eg if on Monday something about China is announced, or the outlook for the next few months and it's price sensitive, then the SP will go up.
The interims refer to the past so in theory all info is already into the SP.

Well, I have registered and already added my questions.
Just 1 full trading day left before Monday.
It appears, looking at daily trades, that our 5-6 mil shares per day Seller has - hopefully - finished divesting.
Therefore, if we get a nice positive surprise on Monday, we can soon forget about the 0.20-0.24 SP range?

I think there are 3 (maybe more) likely scenarios:

1. no merger or takeover, ever, as the Framework Agr suits both; DVRG remaining a good customer of MSYS;
2. a merger (share-based) of equals in 2-3 years, when both companies have established a sound footing in their respective markets so the Mgt can then focus on non-organic growth;
3. a bust up, before the 3 years are up, due to disagreements over e.g. how the sharing of the AI IP will occur.

Personally, I am hopeful that no 1 will be the realised scenario.

Ideally, soon our biggest partner and customer.

BTW, bid price is now .214, on little volume; indicating probably a big buy order? And some good news soon?

I did say a few weeks ago that a merger made no sense as the Framework Agr covers fully both the companies' needs. DVRG does not have cash to buy out MSYS, nor would it want further dilution through another all share buy out.

As for not "happening overnight" actually, I am optimistic that this Q4 should be a game changer in many respects. A lot of the progress that should culminate soon is the result of the last 2 years' efforts (CPI and bioprocessing, China, among others). In any case, we must see tangible progress by the Y/E to show the market that the Co can actually increase sales, increase recurring fees as a proportion of turnover and that it moves smoothly towards positive cashflows by the end of 2022.
Very critical 15 weeks ahead.

Definitely lots of news still pending for the final Q of 2021, as PROMISED by the co and I would not be surprised if news of a big contract was released together with the interims in the next 1-2 weeks.
SP seems to have a rock solid bottom at 0.19-0.20 so with a limited downside, there is only one way to go IMHO.

Absolutely no mention of MSYS by DVRG, therefore the wait continues (another 2 weeks?).

DVRG confirmed their TO target for the year, suggesting another 7m for H2; if MSYS gets 5% of that (350k), it will be about double of H1 orders by DVRG (170k) and entirely proportionate to DVRG's H1 revenues.

So, with a bit of luck, we may be looking at a TO of 1 million for H2 (counting the Chinese in) and 600-700k of gross profit.

Indeed you didn't say, thanks for the link; a quick indicator of all the applications being looked at by our partners.
Hopefully, in 9 hours we will get some pointers by DVRG on a few of these applications.

IMHO MMA, I think no 1 and no 6, on your below link, are far more important.

No 1 seems to be what the Chinese will be using in the hospitals (testing substances) and no 6 (with MIT) - re monoclonal antibodies (isn't that a touted treatment for Covid?) is something big Pharma should be interested in.

the year before, 2019, interims were at end of September, with an RNS a couple of weeks before.
So, I assume that if there is no Notice next week, the interims should be out (without advance notice) in the next 2 weeks.
Or, the unlikely scenario that they will be released on the 15th, simultaneously with DVRG.
Just 2 trading days left (Mon - Tuesday), we will know on Wednesday.

if that's the case (Interims this month), we should have a Notice about the date soon (because the notice is 2-3 weeks before the Interims). Unless the Co plans to release on the 15th, without a prior notice, simultaneously with DVRG.

We will know in exactly 5 trading days.

Maybe something in it for MSYS too? If they eg announce sales of the water monitoring equipment (remember, MSYS' product negates the need for lab analysis of the water samples), MSYS may make a simultaneous announcement for that specific part of DVRG's RNS - but only if it is deemed price sensitive.
Just a thought.

Nothing unreasonable in him saying that the SP could rise to 0.40 in the next 2 months...if we get 2-3 good RNSs, from the many that are anticipated, then that SP level is quite likely. But it won't because Zak said it, it would be because the stock is being re-rated due to that new information having been released.

"Nearly there" re profitability is still a couple of years off H2L, as per the Co presentation in July - business plan estimates profitability in 2023, which looks reasonable.
You can always average down and turn your loss to profit quicker.
If you look at DVRG, they had same losses appx in 2020 BUT on Revenues of a few million. Mkt cap about 5 times higher, which indicates that MSYS' SP can easily rise 3-4x next year, on fresh Revenues of 4-5 mln (will be near to Breakeven).

Interims are not audited, hence early releases; last 2 years' interims fell inside September; plus, this year (first time ever, I think) we also had a trading update for H1 in early July; the interims will update us on cash, margins, outlook etc hence I don't see why a September release would be difficult.
I don't use Telegram so please feel free to use the list; I started it as food for thought and we can also add Microtox as no 9; although it's DVRG's baby, it's based on our equipment so rapid uptake would convert into sales of both equipment and consumables, as well as service fees.
DVRG will definitely have an update by Y/E2021 as per its last update at June end:
"Subject to successful completion of additional human trials, the Microtox BT would be expected to meet the criteria for UK, MHRA's Target Product Profile Rapid Breath Test with potential roll out of COVID-19 and other pathogen breath tests later this year"
And as a #10 (pls correct me if I am wrong!), Microtox PD, for waste water treatment - again, it's DVRG's baby but isn't it based on our equipment? By year end.

OK guys, as there has been a lot of negativity here recently, I thought I'd lighten things up a bit.
I have tried to predict how many RNSs we will get in the next 4 months (not in exact time order) and effect on the SP - please feel free to add!
1. Interims, sometime in September - possibly positive for the SP
2. China distributor Final Agreement - extremely SP-positive - next 1-3 months
3. China Manufacturer Agreement - neutral to positive (as it's linked to above) - next 1-3 months
4. China Medical License - extremely SP-positive - maybe in 3-4 months, or Q1 2022
5. Bio-processing collaboration agreements - candidates include Merck and Pfizer - by year end - very SP-positive
6. Water pollution monitoring service agreements - many candidates - SP positive - next 3-6 months
7. A new joint product/service with DVRG - quite likely
8. Something not expected by the Market yet - e.g. cancer or covid diagnostics - hugely SP-positive.

Therefore, one can reasonably expect 1-2 RNSs every month to year end, with 3-4 of these adding (significantly?) to the Mkt cap of the co.

I am not sure which company you mean. If it's DVRG, why would it pay 15-20 mln (which it doesn't have) for MSYS, when it already has full access to its technology for less than Half a million? It's a win win for both as DVRG keeps its cash and Glenn his position.
