it seems Helium mostly sells into strength i.e. when RNSs are out.
So, we will see in the next week or 2 (we are due an RNS on China, most probably), if sales volume picks up.

I'd be surprised if Helium still hold 7%; there's been a lot of daily selling in 3-5 million chunks since July 5th (the last RNS related to Helium) so hopefully they will be out of the way by Y/E. And given the SP drop they have partly caused, at least their stake is worth less so their sales (in absolute Pounds) can be absorbed a bit more easily (although this does not alleviate the pain PIs are suffering).

The main thing - for me - is that the Co has enough cash for at least 2 years (assuming minimum sales), or longer if sales pick up (as Mgt has implied).
There is no way PIs can control the day to day price fluctuations, especially in a climate of fear in Global Markets and zero news by the Co.
So...enjoy the "ride"

I think the greatest service the Directors can perform is find a new Institution to buy Helium out.
Kill 2 birds...1st bird, you stop Helium's non stop selling, 2nd bird, you get a vote of confidence by a new, long term investor.

Other than that, we just wait for the promised news and/or buy to average down.

Couldn't agree more.
SP is dropping not because of bad news, but simply due to the lack of any news; however, we know that at least half a dozen RNSs are due by Y/E, all of them with positive updates on:
China distributor,
bioprocessing agreements with maybe Pfizer and Merck, already working with MSYS as per Inv. presentation,
Water monitoring platform;
cancer detection at point of surgery etc.
At the same time, Mgt has in effect confirmed that we are looking at a FY2021 revenue of around 1 million, with an increasing proportion coming from services (hence, recurring and steadily growing).

It is obvious that the SP will drop if people just keep on selling. No need to panic though, there are only 10 weeks left to Y/E and plenty of good news to come IMHO

No point crying over spilled milk...I have been averaging down all summer, waiting for the inevitable lift off.
Definitely this time next year we will be laughing at Helium selling at 0.20p.
100% profit, good luck to them, let them sell to people with more guts.

It's not just Helium selling - they are responsible for around 30-40% of the shares sold since the Placing, meaning that others are also selling big chunks. However, all Mgt can do is improve results so that the SP will rerate despite these sales.
I see 2 positives though:
1. The market (other buyers) have absorbed appx 1 bln shares (or 20%+ of the enlarged share capital), indicating strong interest;
2. 2022 is the crunch year for increased revenues, so once the Co proves that the cashflow will suffice until breakeven, sales by these guys will not matter any more to the SP's rerating; in any case, Helium should stop being significant as a holder in early 2022.
By this Xmas, if we get the expected RNSs, the market will have taken notice anyway.

So, Helium has thus far disposed appx 360 mln shares, 60 mln appx sold after July 2nd (the "Seller" we were discussing about all August).
Bad news is that it still has "only" 476 mln shares left to dispose! At a rate of 100-120mln per month, it will be done (and gone) by next Jan-Feb. Good news is that it gives us a few more weeks of low prices to average down! :)

It's "only" 30% above current levels - with 2 good RNSs, in the next 4 weeks, it can be achieved IMHO

"very very shortly" to hear about China Distributor;

I think that , by a rough calculation, out of the Placing's 5.5 bln shares about 20% has been churned (1 bln appx).
For example, Helium (last RNS 2 July) reduced it s holding from 13% to 8% i.e. got rid of 300 mln shares or so. Don't know in July-Sept period, we have not seen other related RNSs.
Not all Inst. Investors will proceed in the same way, rather they will continue to hold.
Can someone ask this question to Glen i.e. what is the view of the remaining big investors?
Although, back in May, when Helium dropped below 10% (from 13%), Management issued an RNS saying that they had "assurances by Helium that they will not sell any more" ; then they sold another 2%!

It's not manipulation to sell at a 100% profit - they took a risk (very low, in my opinion at 0.10 per share), and they choose to take their quick and tidy profit, rather than wait a few more months, or a year, to sell at a higher price.
Re "nothing we can do", well, you can use this opportunity of continuing low prices to buy more shares IF you think you will make a good return on the new money invested (compared to other alternatives).

A plus is the steady cash outflow, meaning we should end the year with about 3.5 mln in cash and thereby reducing the risk in 2022, as both revenues and margins should rise.
Things to come in the final 3 months (on top of things we already knew):

Definitely not forgetting and yes, we need some concrete progress on other regions too for the SP to take off.
I am hoping for a very positive market outlook on Monday, together with good financials e.g. synergies with DVRG reducing cash burn.
If we jump to 0.30 soon, it might encourage more February Placees to hold on to their shares, rather than dumping for a quick profit. At least with the big volumes we are seeing, these short termers are gradually exiting for good.

Yes, mfc capacity available by Y/E;
RNS envisages 100 units annually "in 2-3 years"; this implies that in 2022 we could sell 30-40 units, for example, and 70-80 in 2023 (just in China for 1 sector). Who knows at this stage how quickly things will move?
BY 4-5 years, I meant other sectors too and sales of 500+ units per annum (so, say GBP15mln) JUST IN CHINA.
I am as optimistic as you and yes, I think that the SP may double this year, not next.
Don't forget that there are various RNS still to come, some with little but some with a big impact on the SP; and the biggest ones are the ones that we (and the market) will not have seen coming.

I hate to be a spoilsport but...
It will take 2-3 years, so 2023 at the earliest, to reach 100 units (@30k appx) just for 1 sector.
For other sectors, there's no indication yet. However, if the Co gets a 1st mover advantage, it's not far fetched to say that other sectors will follow more swiftly from that point on.
Perhaps we could say 4-5 years in a highly optimistic scenario. I am sure the Co will make relevant announcements in the months to come.

And this RNS is about the manufacturer - we have yet to hear about the Distributor, who should be also be subject to a minimum volume of sales per annum; that RNS will probably also push the SP a bit further up.

From previous RNSs, the unit price was about $50.000, or just over GBP33k (depending on buyer), with a GM of about 50%.
So, from 2023 and beyond, just from China and then for each sector (big unknown now, is how many), revenues will be appx GBP3 million.
Of course the sales price per unit will probably be lower because there will be bulk sales and also the cost per unit should drop, but still you get a rough idea of the potential - assuming there is no war by then between China and AUKUS!

well, in a dream (on!) scenario, we could have some figures for Q3 e.g. sales/orders of another 500k, which could well mean - with extrapolation - at least 1.5 mln Revenues for FY 2021; that'd definitely move the SP.
