it's simple fundamental analysis i.e. numbers and the RNSs about things to come this year.
Mkt cap at 10mln, Cash at maybe 4mln, Revenues of 1mln+ in 2021 and maybe 4-5 mln in 2022, means that Breakeven is just over a year away.
It also means that cash burn in 2022 will be 1-1.5mln, therefore NO NEED for another CASH RAISE.
Recurring revenues will keep increasing steadily, becoming a bigger proportion of earnings and thereby reducing further the Co's risk profile.
We don't have to worry about Placees selling because henceforth the SP will be rising slowly (and going down occasionally) but steadily.
The Market will take notice some time this year and the SP of 0.14 will be history (as I have said on many occasions).
I expect today some profit taking but it is to be expected after a 30% rise on NO NEWS.

His assessment is technical but I will agree that 0.55 is achievable in 2022; Over 1p is for 2023.
Many RNSs to come this year IMO, that will enable this expected SP rise.

I think he referred to DVRG's TO pre-acquisition of MW.

Another hint by GJB that data is the game changer for DVRG; it seems that STC Medical is headed in that direction i.e. selling (on a subscription basis?) of skin data to the Medical Industry; is it big pharma, the NHS / local GPs, or Private clinics?

In fact, there is also a Head of BDev, lovely lady; strong team all around, shows the investment in Human Capital and the strong resolve to get results; plus, these people will also receive free shares (already vested) this year.

Not RNS probably because it will be a service, hence no big one - off contracts for lump sums, hence not price sensitive as it should take time to yield significant payouts?

My guess (wild!), "big", means big clients - so, no retail; meaning perhaps, monetising the database by giving access to big pharma for a recurring monthly fee?

market maker absorbed 15mln of 2 big sells, with minimal SP impact; this tells me that the MM is accumulating stock, probably in anticipation of an RNS (good news IMO); any other views?

Both Cos are busy building their revenues after painful dilutions; they have a productive cooperation agreement, out of which both benefit so, IMO, at least for the next 2 years, a Merger / Takeover is out of the question because their CASH is too valuable to be used for purposes other than purely operational (WCap / expansion / promotion etc).
They need to build their 1st mover advantage, where they can, as fast as they can, before other bigger players take the food from their mouths.

I was referring to the below i.e. a Trading Update for 2019, issued on 16 Jan. 2020. As you recall, 1 year ago there was no point for an update as the Co was on the verge of disaster!

SP rising whilst absorbing a 5mln SELL, looks positive for now. Better to get these big sellers out of the way bit by bit on NO NEWS days as you can't stop them.

Some news are well overdue (promised form the Interims 3 months ago), it could be China or it could be a positive Trading Update in the next few days.
But it would appear that, at last, we will get some news in January.
