Yes, what you refer to is the Manufacturer supporting the production (one half of equation); the big news, still awaited, will be for the Distributor (2nd half of equation) because the size and geogr. reach of that firm will determine the volume of sales within China (and MSYS' income).

Once this is announced, mfcing can then commence in earnest, to build stocks up for TDM, pending the license in Q1 (hopefully). Remember the sales model Glenn discussed in the Sept. Interims' presentation?
MSYS will deploy zero capital for the Working Capital, rather, it is the Distributor and Manufacturer who will sell/produce and give MSYS its cut (not disclosed); hence, the risk to MSYS is minimal (i.e. no sales = no capex, high sales = high revenues from the royalties on equipment plus related consumables ).

The message is simple.
This is a world-leading, innovative technology, with huge prospects and delays are bound to occur due to testing and regulatory hiccups;
We now have 2 milestones - at least - to look forward in Q1 and H1 (mass production), plus the possible 100.000 STC sets' sale in the USA.

yea, he mentions that soon MSYS will have some news, although it might probably not be on China given the travel restrictions (he related that to DVRG, so maybe for MSYS this is not an issue?).

that post relates to Modern Water, hence I guess the ongoing Microtox PD trials in China; I guess that one will lead to a DVRG RNS in the next few weeks, hopefully with a big Chinese order (so both MSYS and DVRG making money).

I would also expect a Trading Update in the next 2-5 weeks, indicating:
1. Cash balances, showing outflows reducing
2. Higher Revenue in H2 than H1 (so, around 1.1-1.2 million for full 2021)
3. Increase of recurring Service revenues, as a proportion of total revenues.

The above is just my hunch, based on the last 6 months' progress, so pls DYOR.

If you think that
1. MSYS will not go bust;
2. The SP will be higher - than your Buy Price today - in a year's time;
3. If you bought at much higher prices, then
Why not buy at a much lower price, especially given that the SP fall is NOT related to the Co's prospects itself but rather to Placees selling pre Y/E, or omicron fears (good for MSYS services), or interest rates going up (MSYS has no debt and its services will be price inelastic, selling to big pharma, utilities and governments)?

Let's hope the RNS by MSYS, GJB has mentioned in his tweet will arrive pre-Xmas.
Give a Y/E 2021 boost to the SP.

Now we just need to see Glenn somewhere in China, getting ready for the Distributor Agreement, and the SP will slice through 0.20 :))))))

MSYS is rising because with every small progress of DVRG (even if it relates to 2022 Revenues), its path to cash flow positive becomes clearer (it's a smaller, riskier stock, hence it's sensitivity to DVRG's announcements).

Plus MSYS' miniaturisation tech took them 20 years to develop - and DVRG has it for free, through their Revenue Sharing Agreement.

Thanks, yes, we are still waiting to hear about China - TDM, but for MSYS, bioprocessing deals are also going to be huge.
From today's DVRG RNS, MSYS will getting its cut of the monthly service fees, hence recurring but as of today, not much. Plus of course it will be helping DVRG with producing the equipment, which again today, is not much;
this is the reason, I guess, that MSYS has not issued an RNS.
I'd bet that MSYS' next RNS is China related, given the picture posted of the lab it shares there with HARMONY. IMHO

BT is delayed, pending Reg approvals...but once approved..Wow!
In the meantime, PD (which includes Forever Chemicals, therefore MSYS gets a slice of the action) will be - in H1 2022? - mass produced for sale in China, India etc.
Franchising means no further capital outlays, just lots of royalty income.

Yes, it just shows the potential for substantial SP rises once some real-money RNSs finally start getting released.
As I said earlier, the upside is much much bigger than the downside at these SP levels.
