The definite big boys here are GJB and Glenn, who will - via their Share Options - hold 10% of MSYS in 2 years time; although they will get their stake for a very low cost, at least their interests will be aligned to us LTHs.

I'll just say that I have been adding month in - month out to my holdings because, other than for a bit of a delay, nothing has changed the fundamental progress MSYS is doing towards Breakeven.
China deal has been probably been delayed due to Covid down there and also, no RNS's does not mean that the Co is still not making money from sales of services and consumables on the - slowly increasing - installed base of units.
In September people jumped in to buy at 0.25, but now are scared to buy at 0.15; but since September we have had 3 more months of progress towards our goals, right?

It did not occur to me that you were having a go at me :))
But, BT is more DVRG related, for the time being, than MSYS (as a possible proportion of future earnings).
2 things - even if Covid becomes an endemic, Governments and utilities will still need to monitor for future outbreaks of covid's sisters and brothers and Covid has made them realise the importance of early detection; which takes me to the 2nd point;
PD is more important and current in this fight and around February we may well have the first significant contracts; and April PD's mass production; I think this is no coincidence i.e. February - March GJB expects the first contracts and April, mass production for global sales; I am sure that the 24mln Rev. projection for DVRG includes a lot of PD sales.
So, give the Co 3 months and you will see results.

Late 2023 is the earliest I would expect for a share cap. reorganisation; The Board has bigger fish to fry this year and next IMHO.

Remember that DVRG's expected 2022 Revenues are 24 mln, Vs 10 mln in 2021.
5-10% of this flowing to MSYS equals a 2022 REv of 1.2-2.4 mln, solely from DVRG!!
Add the Chinese (0.5-1mln?), Bioprocessing (X) and recurring service fees and consumables' sales (0.5-1mln?), you are looking at what? 2.5-5mln???
Can you imagine where the SP will be, if B/E is reached this year rather than in 2023 (the expected year as per the fund raising)?

I didn't follow the hype on DVRG and BT to be honest, but I do believe that MSYS' Glenn is more reserved than GJB; Musk is a constant ramper and it has worked for TESLA so, the Market will decide whether overhyping as per GJB, or being quiet as Glenn is the better approach.
Re churning, again I will be optimistic for 2022; there was a lot of selling in 2021, but it seems to have tailed off; of course, there is bound to be more again as soon as the SP turns north; however, the funds that bought at 0.10 and still hold at 0.15, booked a 50% net gain in 2021; now their starting price will be 0.15 so that;s their base price for 2022 when reporting their portfolio performance; of course, TP's private investors don't have such issues to be concerned with.
If we get 1-2 good RNSs in January, maybe PIs will hold off from selling - we will see.
Last year the foundations were set (triple quad units, PFAS' platform, PD miniaturisation, bioprocessing automation etc), 2022 is vtherefore ery likely to start yielding Revenues on the 2021 foundations.

Moaning just gives more energy to the derampers, IMHO.
Microtox BT news (licensing, reg. approval etc) are expected in H1, as per GJB - but this is beyond both companies control; it's with the medical researchers and the health regulators; you just need a few more weeks' patience.
Microtox PD goes in mass production in April. A lot of preparatory work has already gone into reducing the size of each unit, this technology cannot be created over night.
Many ongoing PD trials, coming to fruition in the next few weeks - Q1. And these are just from DVRG's side. You just need one Government approving PD, then the rest will start rolling in.
MSYS itself has had little or no news since the interims i.e for 3 months now, on 3 important areas - China, Bioprocessing and in situ cancer diagnostics; 3 months is a long time and so it is quite reasonable to expect news on 1-2-or all 3 fronts during Q1.
Glenn has kept very quiet, not even Xmas Wishes to us shareholders :)))
Let's hope it's because he is busy with China and releasing soon the 2021 Trading Update!
At 9 mln Mkt cap, with 4 mln (appx) being Cash, you just need to think your downside Vs your upside at this moment in time.
In 4-6 months, this SP (IMHO) will be a distant, unpleasant, memory as it will take this period for the market to start seeing the story more positively.
GLA, DYOR and be patient for 2-3 months for a few more RNSs.

You are right (if I read you correctly) - the Co has big prospects BUT the Market WILL NOT give it the benefit of the doubt because a) it has to prove that - after 2 fund raisings in 4 years - it will turn the corner by 2024;
b) massive overhang of cheap Placing shares keep share upturn muted;
However, if all the developments expected in the next 6 months come to fruition (IF), then the SP should stage a big recovery.IMHO
Personally, I don't expect another Fund raise and this should become clear before 2022 Y/E, when the SP will start to reflect this lowered risk.

It's quite obvious that Covid (omicron, omega maybe later etc) will be with us in 2022 too unfortunately.
It's not far fetched to consider that when (if?) a PD trial is finished soon and DVRG gets an order from a Government/big utility in the 5-6 countries already undergoing trials, the Revenue prospects for MSYS will increase substantially (in 2022); something so far not being taken into account by the Market.

The New Year will definitely be better than 2021 and yes, a good trading update in January might turn to be an inflexion point, especially if accompanied by a positive outlook.
Hope to get news from China in Jan, and in February some govt trials of Microtox PD will be concluded, so potentially some revenue coming from there.

The other positive is that Aptamer are York based too and have a blue chip clientele, so no doubt plenty of cross selling and synergistic opportunities for DVRG.

Yeap, we need a China or a Pfizer deal; but sales volume is pitiful (to justify any drop) so it's the MM just closing their books for the Year end probably. Mood in the markets is negative so they don't really want to hold on to small cap, illiquid stocks.
As repeated many times, fall is not due to bad news and not many trading days left before 2022.

Glenn and GJB don't need to buy any shares - they already own 10% of shares (it's a note in the interims); I mentioned it in another post, their shares vested in July (got them for free) and they can be exercised in a couple of years.
The only positive is that, as shareholders, they tend to lose or make money together with us (of course, we paid hard cash for our shares).
SP has been drifting downwards mostly on low volumes so that's sort of encouraging i.e. that shares are not being massively dumped because of bad news - THERE ARE NO BAD NEWS!
All news have been positive since the Placing and in H1 2022 we should see some serious contracts being announced; that should finally turn the SP around IMHO.
