I have seen numerous posts on here concerning information we may or may not have been informed of in relation to our current position.
What we must take into account is that FRR does still have an adviser - they being Mourant the legal firm acting on the companys' behalf.
I have had lots of experience regarding the ways that information is and isn't allowed to be given at all stages of a case. This, I must add, is re Criminal and Civil Law cases within the UK. They would ensure that no information is allowed prior to the case that would directly, indirectly or by inference, give the other side an edge. So it may well be that we don't appear to be getting information that seems relevant to us shareholders but this may be so because it is to deny the other side getting any help whatsoever - unless it can be eventually used later to FRRs' advantage. Basically we don't know and won't know until the case allows. I agree with posters that it's not a good position to be in, just sat around not knowing one way or the other. But unfortunaetely that's the way it is and we can't do anything at all about it. So GLA
