It's just over 3 weeks before news, so not a long wait in any stretch of the imagination.
I expect in a week or so, the same sellers would look to buy in again with first news on R1/R2.
Frustrating to see the drop, the bod is doing all they can on the PR front but just a waiting game in the interim.

I am expecting end of Q1, as hardly ever things run on time and a month in the grand scheme of things don't matter.
Time to buy on dips and expect PR to pick up once permits are given.
