There are times the companies might put a clause in to tie them up for x period before they can sell but it is at their discretion normally.
However, i don't think institutions would be looking at 10% and run imo.

Buying now and holding for 3 months and you'll be fine.
I brought in and will add again when new ISA allowance next month.

Don't wait for too long!

Buying around placing price i.e. now and holding for 3 months, should provide 50% returns imo.
