So 10kg of diamonds were worth $15m back in the days as more gem diamonds were in portion. Vast has 28kg meaning Vast value was $42m, with the value going up 3 times since then, that would mean Vast value is huge. Educated guess is just a guess, as you dont know what is there, could be $12000 per carat could be $400. could be anything rare. anyhow as i understand you believe the release of the diamonds will pave way to a mining license.

If the bag contains 129,000 carats of high quality rough diamonds then yes, it would be worth many times that but the reality is that you tend to find 1% of high quality diamond per tonne hence the value. The cache is more likely to be worth $50-$100 a carat with maybe the odd few high quality carats thrown in for luck.

Asimpleinvestor atleast you admit Zimbabwe rare specimens have occurred 5 times previously, as i stated no one knows the real value of the diamonds or what are there. could be anything from $30 to $12000 per carat for exceptional items.

what is the truth was the mms took this to £25m mcap last time on court order sniff. We will see, lets get the RNS to comfirm diamonds at moment everyone has wrote this off.
