ART123 it was a decent piece of news and I think the permit will be granted BUT my point is Hamilton did yesterday a s always had tried to hinder a good RNS by highlighting the negatives that exist

Why does Hamilton always spin a negative on every piece of technically goof news.

Why not just announce the plan was granted.

Why the need to highlight;

A] the roads airstrip etc can't be worked on until full permit granted

The RNS confirmation should have kept the SP at 6.2pp minimum, instead Hamiltons negative spin, dropped it back to 4.70p
