Should we happen to get the desired result here with this action, imagine the knock-on effect that could happen on other LSE boards with disgruntled shareholders... just one off the top of my head is SYME.

Other groups could see that, if they muster the numbers and support, there could be a real chance to take crooked, fraudulant BoDs to task over their lies and show them that they are touchable.

It might make some of these weasels think twice before thinking they can swan off in to the sunset with private investors money, leaving the wreckage in the background.

Most of these company BoDs have no shame.

Very few do what they say and get results.

A bit of bad luck or a delay can be forgiven, downright lies and silence can't.
