The Spangles broker note for 2021 is based on an average of $35 per kg. ( very conservative) giving us an estimated EBITDA of $26.6 million with a post tax profit of $6.5 million.

ATM. FAR buy spent catalysts to extract a minimal amount of Vanadium, they don't even have grid connection.
IMO a lifestyle company with a desperate cash strapped CEO.

They may be trying to off load placing shares in FAR, as there is no liquidity and the the grand finale was a play on them, or they are good friends with Nick Bridgen and are helping him pay his £3 million divorce bill.
