@YTTS..This is AIM high risk high reward, it's not for everyone if you really are concerned about recent events then I would suggest selling up for your peace of mind and keep away from AIM stocks in the future.

Just to add to that Beaufort were our broker who I firmly believe drove our share price down to get a placing away at 1.79p with 150 million warrants to buy Vametco.
When FM was questioned on why the discounted placing price by angry shareholders his answer was that was all that the market would pay..
In layman's term's we needed thie money to buy Vametco and Beaufort new it and took full advantage.
