They must have a really good reputation and working relationship with the Bolivian government and locals so shouldn’t get much resistance from local communities when working in the area

This is a no brainier. This is going to be HUGE for Clon. 40-70million tons of lithium and they have to use our company. Invest sit back and hold. It’s all in the contract DYOR. People on here have said there may need to be a raise to get cash. But as part of the contract each company has to give each other $500,000 to prove they have capital. So that’s $1mill capital. Things are cheap I Bolivia ( labour, materials). Send the tech over and build a pilot plant should be within budget . Shouldn’t take to much more. Even then it’s a 50/50 split. On excess costs

Part of the in-depth contract says that this is the preferred DLE by Bolivia. Further down it says Clon have the exclusive rights to use this in Bolivia. This could be huge! On top of that anyone outside of Bolivia that uses it ( Clon already in talks with other companies) Clon get 15% of the NCX share of the contract

No ramping. I asked questions. I emailed chemx director asking questions and passed the information I received on. I then asked questions hoping someone more knowledgeable than me can possibly shed light on the situation.

What’s the $2.5 million for? Will Clon need to raise any more funds or are ChemX paying for the rest. After all Clon have given them 25% stake in their share of Bolivia. That’s a hell of a lot of money £££££££&

We just filed a document with the SEC that allows us to raise $2.5m US that we are currently working on and $500k is already sold…so as we raise the rest of the funds and move forward in the next coming months we will publicly update our shareholders.

Unlike prem it took ages to get their plant built and up and running. This will be a goer this year. Easy to assemble
6 mid size salt flats ( and possibly more !) of high concentrate lithium. The cash return will be huge

Remember with this deal Clon will get 15% of ncx deals outside of Bolivia and they are already in talks with other companies. This alone could be huge for Clon never mind their own lithium income
