It is NCX’s technology. But they have signed a Joint venture agreement with Clon for the exclusive rights to use the technology in Bolivia. Clon have the contacts in Bolivia and the great working relationship with the government.

40,000 tons annually by 2025. I think this is by what was on offer at the time. Possibly more if they get NCX technology up and running and roll it out over all of Bolivia

I don’t think we will get anything until news comes out about the test site is in situation. Then they announce testing has begun. I don’t think it will take long for results to start showing. As the new machine can run continuously so no need to stop. YLB will come over and cue it in action. Then it will be all systems go in Bolivia testing on site. If it shows it’s working, I’m sure the will commence building and setting up the second site as soon as possible. Remember Bolivia want and need to be selling lithium as soon as possible. They want up to full speed and sell 100,000 tons of lithium a year by 2025

Ghana- we don’t have a joint venture partner yet. We have been advising for one. But negotiations will be on going. The BOD will be trying to get the best deal possible. Is that an out right sale ( no ). You won’t get much. A drill and check amount of oil there then sell. Or JV drill and split the profits. Bigger returns but takes longer.
They could be holding back to see how Bolivia goes. If they get income from Bolivia they don’t need income right away and may play the longer game. This is speculation. Hopefully as things move on and we can get better pr so we can ask questions

I don’t think the masses a reading things. I’m only one person banging a drum to point out the facts that are there if people look. This is an unbelievable contract . Every company in Bolivia will have to use our company to extract lithium. 40-70million tons. We will get a share of it all. Plus anyone else who uses it outside of Bolivia we get 15% of NCX share( Clon already in talks with other companies).

This is a statement from NCX on OTC markets. This ratifies what I’ve been saying . They are going to show the test plant in action to the YLB in Texas. Prove it is successful then next faze in Bolivia. Then commercial lithium extraction will be carried out exclusively under this new JV

The initial priority the Partners is to use the cooperation to demonstrate to the State Lithium Company, “YLB”, the environmental and commercial advantages of the iTDE Technology including its limited energy and water consumption, and the ability to extract targeted ions with minimal waste. Testing of the iTDE Technology before YLB officials will be carried out using a new pilot plant system currently being completed. This is expected to be ready during 2nd Quarter 2023, at a new facility near Austin, Texas. The demonstration will underline the fact that the iTDE System has no need of evaporative ponds that are not optimal in Bolivia due to rainfall conditions, altitude and high magnesium content as well as being particularly damaging to the environment.

If successful, the Partners plan to deploy a commercial pilot plant in Bolivia to further demonstrate the process. The results of the commercial operation of such a plant are expected to lead to the execution of a licensing, extraction, and exploitation agreement. Commercial exploitation of lithium deposits will be carried out exclusively through a newly formed corporate joint venture organized in Bolivia and owned jointly by the Company and Clontarf, with the possible participation of YLB.

I think this says it all. There friendship with the government and can’t be seen to taking sides or offering preferential treatment. All things adding up with the lithium and Clons new company created more work and resources for Bolivia

Clon can’t control investors. They can’t also release information that will affect share price unless they can back it up. Which once they can prove the technology on a bigger scale it can be officially accepted by YLB this will give it the green light to be used by all companies. Yes they should be doing some PR but I can also understand that they will be limited on what they can do at the moment. Unless contracts are signed their hands are tied. There will be NDA in play. But they do have a great relationship with Clon . Who are also investing in their country to extract bio fuels. These prices won’t be around much longer. Once people wake up and start looking into this company

Here’s the chosen method of DLE from NCX . Looks very encouraging and i think David has made an excellent choice for the JV as it ticks all the boxes for for being greener and cheaper. That the YLB are looking for. So it should be used by all companies in Bolivia
