Clarifies that financing discussions are with an unnamed Swiss investment company.)
Vast Resources PLC - mining company with operations in Central Asia, Eastern Europe and Africa - On April 29, notes that debt due to A&T Investments SARL, known as Alpha, is about USD5.5 million, with USD1.5 million of this due on May 7. A further USD1.5 million is due to be repaid 60 days from the first repayment. Further, Vast Resources is in advanced discussions with the owner of an unnamed Swiss investment company for the provision of major restructuring finance for Vast Resources, including debt owed to Alpha. Vast also owes Mercuria Energy Trading SA around USD3.9 million, with Mercuria confirming a further extension for this. Both Alpha and Mercuria are investment companies operating from Geneva, with Mercuria also involved in energy and commodities trading.
Meanwhile, licence extension documentation regarding the Baita Plai polymetallic mine in Transylvania, Romania, is being finalised so it can be submitted before the deadline which is next week Sunday. Finally, Vast Resources says production at its project in Tajikistan was stopped during the winter due to extreme cold weather, but mining restarted in early March.

Mercuria is the Swiss investment company paying off vasts debt. They always wanted a stake in the company. The price of copper and gold, silver. It’s worth investing for the returns . They have extended their loan

Could this be a way for vast to sell the diamonds in Zimbabwe. Without a mining license or export license?
A team from the Zimbabwean government is meeting with Vast Resources officials and the negotiations are ongoing. We have been promised the right to first information if something happens. Heard it's promising
Before he said the talks are now going on in the U.K.. It must be close the fact they are over in the U.K. it must also involve the mining license also
Just had an update from my journalist
We understand that the negotiations are ongoing as we speak and this was confirmed by high level officials involved in the talks

Believe what you want. I’ve shared what information I have. Make your own mind up. It is genuine. I’m invested and buying no more. Do what you will what I have provided. But people who follow me will know what I provide is genuine. DYOR.
From what I’m hearing from the journalist previously and now + other sources. Things are close. If they are now in the U.K. and we’re pretty close to things being finalised. We’re now not doing all the running to Zimbabwe to get things sorted. They are now over in the U.K.. seems to me the final deal is pretty close and they now want to finalise the deal
He’s deputy editor of a major newspaper company in Zimbabwe. So not just a lowly journalist looking for stories
Could be tied in with sanctions being eased against Zimbabwe
My contact who I asked to check, when the rumours were going around he was.

I’m told from my journalist contact that AP is not in Zimbabwe and talks are continuing in London about the release of the diamonds
With the PGM contract to sell platinum in Europe for them. Will it come with an export license from Zimbabwe? And in turn allow vast access to the diamonds and export them from Zimbabwe?
https://matthey.com/johnson-matthey-publishes-latest-pgm-market-report-2023
Zimplants mine in Zimbabwe for PGM they are part of the impala group in South Africa
I know but why would this big investment company need little old vast to sell the platinum. It’s just a thought if they have mines in Zimbabwe and they need someone to sell the platinum . Would that license allow vast access to the diamonds? This waiting for the mining laws to change to allow vast access to the diamond’s? Could this also be a financial backer to fetch the other mines in Romania on line and be a partner in Zimbabwe? They already have licenses to mine in Zimbabwe. Plus vat have other rights to areas in Zimbabwe other than the mine that’s lined up. These are in subsidies
PGM are have platinum mines in Zimbabwe and vast have signed a deal to sell the platinum for them. Will having a license to sell platinum allow vast access to the diamonds due to mining laws?
