Definitely we will be lucky to get away with 50% like you said ,will probably be a lot worse , then the question is once the raise is done who will ME ‘invest ‘the new funds in ,he doesn’t normally put it to Mos instead Krunch ,Gfin ,Quanta/livescore a few others I think .We are so lucky to have his business knowledge:-)

Loth however they do it the terms will be brutal, and dilution horrible.Last chance for ME to fund last few holidays and Meals off us.. He must be down to his final few hundred thousand that he got for Krunch, Now if ME put some of that money back in ,opinion on here might change but let’s be realistic ,lifestyle company that’s trying to get the last few pennies out of us. At least it will give City a chance to purchase more at an unbelievable low price.

Cadiz free drop started 1st August I think , feel free to correct me if that’s wrong, according to a post on City twitter page 1500 minted .Yes only 1500 and 7 days later on a FREE drop still not “SOLD OUT “ that says it all ,can’t even give 1500 away to massive fan base .I think that one fact is all that’s needed to highlight the future here .. if that 1500 figure is correct and I assume it is ,they haven’t even managed to give that tiny amount away for FREE after six days , that number should have gone in under a couple of hours.

Bottle ,tell me about it ,back at first few raises a few people on here had obvious only started investing because of free time and Covid, a few got so sucked in they risked family savings and pensions ,some posted things that prompted the few nice moral people on here to suggest Samaritans due to their distressed posts , so what did the ramping crew on here do ,encourage them to buy more as it couldn’t possibly go lower than 0.3 ,night after night they badgered or belittle them harassing them to purchase more as it was the only way to get the money back ,thank goodness they listened to the sensible and moral posters here . Now we all want to make money and I’m not going to pretend I’m here for anyone else’s good bar myself ,but thank goodness for the likes of Guzz and other who brought some logic here… and anyone who has posted or followed Mos for 2 + years will confirm what I’m saying is true. So anyone who suggests people who are posting negative comments /company news should just sell and move on could end up being blindsided as a few of the ramping crew are still here ,using the same tactics..

I have explained before,I invested just before first podcast then topped up after the famous we are fully funded and under valued by 10x ,and yes I could have left with small profit on 0.6 spike but didn’t then ME raised and price started the never ending decline, I started selling around the time of the second dishonest podcast about full funding and only have pure gamble/ punt money here, so like many here ,probably the majority ( toffee I know you’ve traded a profit) it’s not worth selling what’s left ,many posters on here bang on about shorting and trying to drop prices for an in ,apart from a very few traders most here are just really annoyed investors who have been fed a constant stream of dishonest podcasts/RNS and Q+A who just want to vent,some probably saw the disgusting way this board was 2 1/2 years ago and don’t want it returned to that. I was lucky to get out with enough money to recoup my losses elsewhere ,so should I stop looking till it goes one way or the other - yes ,Do I post here disproportionately to the money I got left invested yes, am I disgruntled most definitely

Silver , you talk of due diligence and crypto in the same sentence, a whole market based on the greater fools theory . A market that is totally a gamble and speculative like AIM . If this doesn’t work exactly what has Bitso lost ,what has Bitso invested, the cost of a Pi55 up launching party for their mates . It been highlighted no cost for either party just Bitso getting a percentage of all Mos NFT sales if they are directed from the Bitso site or not . Bitso risk nothing, the bigger question is how many other crypto/NFT projects do Bitso support. I’m not disputing we are obviously better off with the Bitso deal than not ,but just being in that deal is hardly the end of the rainbow. And if we have next to no legacy money coming in and we know running costs have increased .As for BOD you do know about taking out the money from Krunch, plus investing 250K in Gfin and losing money (only small amount apparently ) plus losing 400k to Qatana deal , the whole livescore fiasco giving more shares away plus wages ,plus the further shares to the deal makes and you think this is professional ? Of the dilution over last 2 1/2 years how much money has been withdrawn or lost or paid to people who have turned on the company compared to how much has actually gone on growth of the company, they have squandered hundreds of thousands.

Raise needed as out goings climbing rapidly based on last years figures , looking like only decent income from legacy ventures now gone completely as ignored (in my opinion) Whatever Mos was getting for each NFT sale is now diluted due to Bitso getting a share ,and we have no idea what that was to start with ,no new sports contracts in last 6 months, no resale value to NFT as each new drop basically gives same experience as last drops, new contracts are taking 6+ months to give any revenue at all big or small ,no market confidence due to board behaviour particularly ME . The list goes on and on . To be honest I think the only interest here now ,is who gets suspended first Mos or Gfin.

If Everything is going great Why is it over 6 months since our last sports signing ? So they have the artist! But was that linked to Bitso ? Gaby is travelling to all these tournaments telling all female/male golfers how she’s rolling in money off Mos , Why do we have 1 golfer after nearly a year ? What about the mythical 24 other contracts , they should be banging down the door , it’s all so good :-) in my opinion ,I’m guessing all the legacy stuff is basically worthless now ,if they haven’t bothered to ensure or spend time on IGS to keep them happy then the rest will be completely done, and now revenue is 3 way split ,Plus last financials showed costs rising rapidly, really I can’t see how anyone is optimistic .

Yeckerslike just look back over last two years RNS and podcasts to remind yourself then. You might change you perspective

City you forgot to add in the money he paid himself for Krunch that’s hundreds of thousands to add on , I assume all the holidays to Mexico and World Cup and Miami F1 came from his own pockets , you know Krunch money and not expenses, well that’s not his own pocket it from the 30 % dilution.I’m glad you didn’t question my statement on dishonest and misleading RNS and Podcasts otherwise I would have to list them and it would take most of the afternoon…I guess that was on purpose, as you wouldn’t want that all rattled off again…

Jackal you are correct , this board is full of nonsense, like many , but this more than most .Unfortunately your statement of your going to follow information from the company is a worse idea because ,ME and BOD has a record of making misleading statements and issuing inaccurate/dishonest RNS statements . If it happened once or twice it could be put down as a mistake or as others have claimed in the past ME over enthusiasm ,however it is a constant concern with Mos hence the low SP . Yes this has turned into lifestyle for ME . I am more than happy to list examples but it’s been done many times on here..

So someone is selling ,unaudited results approaching and a company with a history of information being released through a telegram group before RNS ,Gfin ,fanzine etc. and City is saying get in now ,hurry before it’s too late ….I think I will take the risk and pass on this unbelievable low price till the next one soon…but good luck on the bounce to all those topping up.
