As far I know, nothing was being presented or shown in regards to Hemogenyx at ASH, so nothing to report back.

That's for transfer completion. The prospectus doesn't indicate anything about future payments for creating HG-CT-1.

I was just wondering if it's purley transfer costs or if it included first child and first adult of cohort 2.

Stating they will need funding in Feb 26 would make me think it's just transfers costs. But this just my conjectural thoughts.
