I am impressed by the amount of Oil being pumped by XOM and indeed the expected future output. ECO must surely have a very good chance of securing a sale/farm in of substantial size. Let's all hope they don't do a Namibia with their Guyana blocks.

I infact posted similarly before I saw your post. Yes I agree, I know full well how things operate in such Countries, and it may be a case of "you scratch my back and I will scratch yours" and thus overall beneficial for Eco. That is all I can believe for such a rubbish, in appearance, deal.

The ONLY reason I can think is that perhaps Lamba Energy is owned by some well connected Namibians and thus good for other 3 blocks ECO have. You never know , there may be a good underlyng reason for the virtual "give away"
